It’s a very nice property and facility, Rooms are clean, confortable, spacey and have good upkeep. From this this type of hotel, I think they’re the best one I’ve stayed in Laredo.

Super nice at check in. Comfortable room. Bring your own hair dryer. The knob was loose on the bath facet but I reported it and they addressed it immediately thanking me for letting them know.

Microwave and refrigerator outlets were not working, I had to move them across the room to connect them to working outlets. Rude breakfast lady 11/09/2025. Paid for a extend day 82 $ and front desk charged extra 22 dollars upfront again!?!?!? Chill dude who checked me in informed me with all the information about the hotel 11/08/2025.
