This hotel has become dated and could use a facelift. Wanted to use pool and was told it was closed for the day because pool guy couldn't make it that day. Asked for a little credit refund as this is their main amenity. Property owner said no and that now the pool was closed for the season (it was 95 degrees outside)if I didn't like it he would refund money and we could stay elsewhere.

The rooms were very clean and they felt cozy. There is a courtyard that lights up at night. Pet friendly yet the rooms are in excellent condition. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We had to switch rooms and they were very understanding. Breakfast was in a cute little dinning room.

Great desk staff, room is acceptable if a bit old (ancient A/C unit), very clean. Property is well kept. One negative: trains going past all night. If you are a light sleeper, this would be very hard.

It was perfect for my travel situation. I was traveling with a bike, and it was easy for me to get in and out of my room with it, and there was plenty of space to store it. The service was top notch-- they were super accomodating. The neighborhood was not so upscale, but I found the best Mexican restaurant that also had awesome customer service.

All of the positive reviews were true. This is really a gem of a place. Affordable, large rooms with beautiful SW style, comfy beds and true customer service. It’s a great property.

This is our favorite Best Western to stay at because of its southwestern room style and decor, as well as the great breakfast. Our pups love the size of the rooms and the grassy area outside in the middle of the hotel parking lot. This hotel is our must stay when we are in the Las Cruces area.
