Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel!. We felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our visit. It was the perfect place for a family stay. The free breakfast offered was very good. A special mention must go to the lady at the reception desk who handled both our check-in and check-out. She was absolutely fantastic – incredibly welcoming, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The lady who was working the front desk, who checked us in was wonderful. Super helpful, friendly and went out of her way to help us. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, mostly because of her great customer service. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name, but we checked in in the early evening of April 17th. Maybe between 6pm and 7pm I believe.

First the staff was wonderful. I had called ahead because they had said check in by midnight and our flight wasnt getting in till after. The concierge could not have been nicer remebered the call when we checked in at 330 am. The hotel looked as if going under renovation changing out the bed for new mattresses. But everything was clean and off to the sides out of the way. Rooms were clean beds comfortable. I liked the wooden blinds instead of the fabric ones. Pool was nice kids loved it. Breakfast was included and had a variety of foodds to be had. Great stay and start to the many legs of our trip.
