This hotel is new and is clean and updated. The rooms are large. Staff will ask you to attend a meeting during your stay that is over an hour long. This is a sales pitch for a time share opportunity. There is also very little to eat at the hotel. You’ll have to go elsewhere for breakfast and dinner. There is a free shuttle every hour that drops you at Treasure Island on the strip which is great.

Room was spacious, well appointed and clean. Staff were friendly. However the facilities were very disappointing. No cafe restaurant or bar. Only offering for breakfast was coffee served in the hallway between 9 and 10 am. Staff recommended a cafe 10 min walk from hotel that turned out to be a ‘hole in the wall’ place undergoing renovation that didn’t even have an espresso machine.

It is ASTONISHING how cordial and accommodating the staff is — and it rubs off on the other guests! I encountered so many people who were just stepping away from an interaction with a staff member AND THEY WERE BEAMING! It’s infectious! Definitely staying here again!

We had the BEST stay. Everyone was friendly, pool was amazing and it wasn’t super packed but right near the strip so it was easy to get to everything didn’t have to deal with the Smokey stuff and MGM is across the street so you can walk easily if you want to gamble - definitely recommend especially if you have small children ( we traveled with a 7 month old and it was PERFCT)
