The room was not clean. There was trash in the closet cupboards. Found other trash under the dresser. We never had any maid service to at least give us clean towels. We reused wet towels. The conditioner container had a broken spout. Would not recommend.

Great room - spacious and very clean and comfortable. Didn’t like the heavy perfume odor from housekeeping. If you have a car, be sure to mention at check in - we did not, and room key was not enabled for in/out privileges, and we ended up paying extra. But overall a great stay that I would recommend.

There was construction going on. It was so loud that we had to put our hands over our ears to walk by. What a shame! We could not by pass it. It was right by the elevators. We also got locked out of our room. I paid the xtra fee online to be able to stay later, as our flight was a later flight. When we went up to our room we were locked out. There was a huge line a the check in desk. When I asked for help they told me to wait in line. It was so long! I had my friend search for help so we could get our luggage and get a taxi to make our flight. Luckily, she found someone who was wiling to help. We barely made our flight. Stay somewhere else!

The view from our king room was fabulous, the bed was comfy and even though we were close to the elevator we never heard another guest from inside the room.

The room was dated, found a cockroach in the bathroom, and the noise from the street (Mexican restaurant) played loud music until 3:00am we were facing the Linx side

Room was trashy. The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way, and even when held in place there was a very large gap where you could see through. Paid extra for our room and felt ripped off. Excessive noise from other rooms due to paper thin walls. There was the typical large "resort fee", but the pool was closed. Staff was helpful, but very slow.
