Loved thebpool and I got a great room. Update for just an extra $20 a night. I did find thebsecurity at thebGO pool rude and off putting. But the new pool itself was awesome.

The Spa at the Flamingo was amazing! The people were so nice and the service was exceptional. The hotel was very noisy. We couldn’t enjoy the family pool because the music was so loud it was deafening. They played the loud music outside our room from 9:00 in the morning till midnight.

Love this property! This was my wife and mine 2nd stay here. We stayed on the strip side this time and the strip view was amazing. Room is updated but still a little worn but everything worked. Hot shower lights, tv, wireless charger. This property is centre of the strip. Lots of eating options for all budgets. The smell of the lobby was our favorite, just something about it screams Flamingo Las Vegas. Room comes with an empty bar fridge just make sure you turn it to cool. Down side was no close ice machine to our room, but that was just the room we got. Elevators were all working and never had to wait and hardly had anyone in them with us. The habitat area is a very cool place as well. Flamingos, a pelican, many types of ducks, largest coy fish ive ever seen, turtles and beautiful waterfalls. The Go pool is awesome. Loud music, lots of daybeds/cabanas and actually more free spots than you’d think. Down side of the pool was drinks were really expensive but we are low budget couple so theres that. Biggest upside to the pool is NO KIDS! 21+ This property was loud and busy which was why we were in Vegas! Will definitely be staying here again! Love the Flamingo.

The location is great, besides that the property doesn't easy access to the strip if you're in a wheelchair. The doors aren't automatic upon opening, which to some is an inconvenience.

My name is Leslie orellana, and I’m writing to formally request a full refund for my recent stay at The Flamingo Las Vegas, booked through your platform under itinerary number 73122389330470. I’ve stayed at The Flamingo many times, but this experience meant to celebrate my anniversary was deeply disappointing. I noted the occasion during booking and received a confirmation email suggesting the front desk might do something special. Upon arrival, however, the staff said they couldn’t help. We had also pre-booked a Strip View room but were given a City View. We had to wait until the next day to switch, which disrupted our plans. The new key cards didn’t work due to a dead battery on the door, leaving us locked out for 45 minutes and causing us to miss a lunch reservation. Most upsettingly, during our stay, i repeatedly got bit by something in the second room that we were in! Three times on my legs, stomach, and inner thigh( I have pictures). When I got home I noticed there were fleas on my shoes !!! This has never happened beforeeee !!! Disgusting!!! This stay involved repeated issues, lack of care, and disruption of what should have been a special occasion. I’m respectfully requesting a full refund due to these unacceptable conditions. Thank you for your time. I look forward to your response.
