Very unwelcoming check in . No customer service
Extremely disappointed starting with our arrival . No one behind the registration desk to greet us or offer any assistance. Our uber driver dropped us off at the Rush tower registration desk to find a sign saying CLOSED and then we had to sheep all out baggage to another tower bldg to find no live person to help us . We found an employee and asked for help and was told to go to a computer and sign in self. Again no one to welcome us or answer any questions we had. The computer said we would get a text when room was ready , when we asked another employee in the area she said it would be anytime 3 pm to 3 am. This whole experience was not warm or helpful. No managers on site were visible. Not used to ever have an experience when checking in at a hotel. Seems like they were more concerned about profits over satisfied customers. As a hotels.com member for many years this experience did not meet our expectations . we would never return and will not recommend Golden Nugget to anyone we know.
