At check in, the experience was very frustrating. The property initiated a new check in program. It appeared that the front desk staff were not trained with the program and could not navigate through the system. There were several support staff people from the software company present to assist and the process was extremely slow. In addition to not initially finding my reservation, we were assigned a room which was occupied. we had already unloaded our luggage and had to transfer to a different building. The whole process took two and a half hours. The front desk was not answering calls from the rooms. there was a perpetual busy signal.
