The hotel smelled so badly of sewage we could not stay. We had to leave and find accommodations elsewhere. The smell was so bad it even was in the rooms.

The property is beautiful! My room was a king suite with a view of the lake. The accommodations were great. Saturday nights are alive with good places to eat, lots of fun people, and great music! I’m coming back to Lake Las Vegas!

The pool was wonderful. It does close at 6pm, which is a bummer because the hot tub is in that area. Grill at the pool is expensive.

Did not have a room available for over 3 hours after check in, said they would call when it was ready but that didn’t happen. I had to go to the desk again for them to find one. Coffee maker in the room, but no coffee cups. Used plates and a glass left in front of our door when we finally got our room.

The view from my room was mesmerizing. The lake was beautiful. The room itself was nice. We loved the bathroom. What we didn't love is the restaurants. No one was present to seat us at the Medici Cafe. So we left. The Firenze, we had to ask the bartender if it was self-seating, because we were standing around and no one asked if we needed help. The food at the Firenze was delicious and our waitress Christine was the only waitress working. The gift shop was the same. It had a Starbucks, so of course it had clients. There was only one clerk working as a barista and the clerk. It was sad. We think overall the hotel was nice, but it is not managed to it's full potential. I also want to mention that there were kids running around and pestering the bartender. He had to tell them to get away from the bar. They then preceding to sit at the restaurant tables and were play fighting and being loud. It made for a poor experience.

Stayed there for 4 nights. The AC gave us trouble the entire stay. Pool closes at 6. Make you pay for valet however they leave at 7. Makes no sense. Pillows had a very weird smell. Moldy smell when you walk in. Doesn’t even feel like the AC is on when you enter the hotel.

Everything was ok. Service was good😊. A little outdated. Smell was bad the whole time we were there downstairs .When we checked in on 7/3 we were disappointed that pool was not open.
