This was our second time staying there. First time in 2021 was fantastic - so we booked again. Check in was slow, then you have to wait thru the timeshare spiel before you can get your room keys. Had to go to front desk twice for items for the room as we did not have housekeeping the entire stay (6 nights). Two out of the five pools closed for renovations but didn’t see anyone working on them our whole stay. Our room had ants, broken bathroom door handle and overall “dirty”. Fridge was filthy. Grounds staff were super friendly, said hello every time they saw you - no other hotel staff spoke to us / timeshare “sellers” just sat and smoked between buildings 9&20. The property is in a great location for staying just off the strip with a 10 minute walk to the Linq promenade, but given the condition of the property this time I doubt we will stay here again.

Room wasn’t ready for a 4 pm check in as advertised. Was very frustrating after a long day of travel to not be able to check in. We sat in the lobby for several hours while our groceries got warm because they didn’t even have ice for us to keep our things cold. It wasn’t until I got back in the long line to inquire about our room that they told us it was finally ready. Other than that, place was nice with good amenities onsite.

The pools were great, rooms were clean. Took a couple days to get used to the layout to find your way around. Would be nice to have easier/faster resource to golf carts, considering the heat, but the drivers were nice and once you figure out the lay of the land "shortcuts" in the shade it's okay.

The staff are all so sweet, helpful, and responsive. Since it’s slightly off the strip, the hotel is nice and quiet, and feels very safe because of the security. Check in took longer than expected, most likely because they are understaffed which is understandable. They also hold vacation packages here which also takes a lot of the staff’s bandwith. The rooms are super spacious and clean, but unfortunately we found a roach on the bed.

Check in process was LONG, we had to wait to get our keys and then had to go to another area to activate the keys. We were tired and hungry from a long trip, we just wanted to get to our room and drop our stuff so we could go and eat. They tried to get us to sign up for a timeshare presentation, when we declined and said we were not interested we just want our key, the agent was a bit rude and told us to calm down! Other than that, it was a great location to walk to the strip and get to our show at the Sphere. Would have liked the opportunity to purchase bottled water late at night, we had to walk to the gas station down the street. Room was clean and quiet, no complaints.

Summary - would not stat again! Zero frills hotel with frills prices. The rooms are large which is nice, but they are out dated and in need of repair. Their idea of repair and updating is painting the walls. There’s zero room service or cleaning. Beds were old and had indentations from years of use. You will be charged a resort fee for minimal amenities. Most pools were closed when we were there in late May. Pools are small and there’s rough pea gravel all around the pool. We had cockroaches in our room and no one working there seemed surprised (concerning to say the least). Only one restaurant on site. Mostly fried food, but it was good and the employees are super nice. Charlene is a gem and should be running the whole hotel! The older balding white male who works the front desk could use a class in customer service. It’s super close to the Sphere which was great!

The property is very nice. Great location to the Sphere also to some of the big resorts like the Venetian. It was a little warm but they provided a fan. We aren’t used to the heat in Nevada so we were naturally a little over heated but beds were great water pressure was wonderful. They will try to get you to a sales meeting though. The restaurant has great food.
