Cleaning staff woke us up early the morning after check-in (9am), expecting us to be checked out (despite having a 2 day reservation). Received a phone call from front desk staff, as they were confused. Later found our key cards had been deactivated (had to spend 20 minutes at the front desk having it rectified). Room was clean and nice, staff was friendly, but the reservation system had issues that created too many nuisances for a 4 star hotel. I expect better, would not go back.
