The hotel was very nice (as its new) clean with cool and even glam rooms—ours (two beds) was a bit small but sufficient. Although the restaurants were closed and the place felt a bit empty, overall the stay was great. Would definitely return, though the hotel could use a bit more energy

Anyone coming to vegas, don’t stay here. Super inconvenient and the property is too big itself and the staff is limited. You will find yourself lost and no one is there to help. They don’t give you proper service and if you need to call the front desk, you have to get through and automated system which will keep you going in circles. Waste of time and money. I called and complained and they said that they couldn’t do anything about it since i already left the property.

This is my third time at this hotel. I book every year because my last two visits were great. This time around was a lot different and it was very disappointing. There was no early check in which was understandable, but the first person we got at the front desk was not friendly and was very curt. It seemed she was rushing us out of the line. The other couple with us had a staff who explained other options and offered an amenities card key until their room was ready. We had to go back in line and ask for ours. We never received the notification our room was ready. I had to line up and ask twice. Then they placed me in a room with half a window. I did speak with the front desk and the gentleman who helped me was very easy to deal with and switched my room. The pool area no longer offers ice water. They handed us a cup and told us to fill up our water and ice was extra even if we purchased alcoholic drinks. This is very unreasonable considering we can't bring our own water, and really just not what you'd expect in a 5 star resort. Overall everything is not the same and I was just here in October which wasn't that long ago.

Great spot. Really enjoyed it. There seems to be a disconnect in their systems when you book through a third party like Expedia. They ended up double charging me for my room and had to spend 45 minutes with someone at the front desk to fix and remove the second charges on my credit card.

Read fine print before booking this hotel

Hotel is lovely but charging a deposit of $150 a night plus $67 a day resort fee in addition to the nightly fee is something unexpected! Please note this before booking because they expect upfront payment of everything before your stay and do not release your deposit amount immediately upon checking out.
