The housekeepers are to loud if they are cleaning out other rooms its ok but having loud personal conversations in the rooms or hallways that sounded like the housekeeper were next to me in bed trying to sleep 😴 that was annoying both morning woken up by loud personal conversations between housekeeping employees

First time staying at this hotel. I was impressed with the room condition. The service was also great at the counter. I dd not go to the next door cantina but wish I could have. There is only one entrance into the hotel and you need a key to enter the main hotel at all times.

I wasn’t happy when needing to cancel because location distance was too far and hotel wouldn’t reimburse me but Expedia was willing to give me a full refund and I booked believing a full refund was available regardless. Expedia was great but I didn’t get refund and I didn’t even stay there @ all.

Let’s get real it’s a dated property. They have recently resealed the carpark tarmac and repainted the parking lines. The corridors smelt clean unless someone was smoking in their rooms as they have smoking rooms (and pets are allowed if you wish to bring yours). We got asked for $100 cash deposit for damages which should be on the website but is not. We waited to get checked in behind the person in front of us, but the guy said she will check you in pointing at a college who wasn’t expecting it. So she was short on mannerisms but fell short of being rude. You need a room inspection the morning to get that deposit back so don’t think a quick check out is possible. This property is no where close to the strip, 20-30 cab ride to the strip. There is a Panda Express across the way, 7-11 and supermarket within 2 minutes walk. Casino is basic, no tables but serving staff in outfits that put hooters to shame! Saying that there were plenty of couples there enjoying the atmosphere. If I was going to gripe about the stay would be shower pressure, I like to feel the water hit my skin. Would we stay there again, it’s not a definite no. Closer to the stripe it would be a yes. We have stayed in worse, and the fact we haven’t ruled out staying there again it is doable.
