The room was clean and all was well. But we were suppose to have an accessible room and it was not. The bathroom was so small that I could not get my walker in. The shower was not accessible by any means. It was not accessible. There was only a high spigot that didn’t move, no grab bars, no shelf of any kind to put toiletries on, no bathmat. We reserved the room months before and the man at the desk confirmed our reservation was for an accessible room. We will not stay here again.

STAY AWAY!! We got a non smoking room but the room was smelling very strongly of smoke and some cleaning substance to try to cover up the smell. The ground was very sticky (probably from the chemicals they sprayed to try to cover up the smell) and my shoes kept sticking to it while I walked. I had paid for a two night reservation and I immediately left the room and went to the front desk for a refund. The front desk associate, Patricia, was nice and said I had to contact expedia and then expedia would call the hotel so we could receive the refund. Expedia called the hotel and then notified me that they would have to talk to the manager, Tessi in the morning. The next day, Expedia notified me and said Tessi would not give me a refund. Terrible room experience, poor customer service, waste of time trying to get a refund. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I was surprised how bad it was as the rating for the hotel was not that bad. I would rather sleep in my small car than stay at this hotel. I dont like to do reviews and this is my first one - I just wanted to help others not make the same mistake!

The room was in good condition. Clean, well-stocked, no fridge or microwave. Internet was fine once you can access it which is very frustrating. I had to help the front desk figure out their own password because they have literally hundreds of different access points with different passwords. They do not have a modern mesh wifi network. instead they use hundreds of old wifi 4 access points meaning there isn't one password. Pet friendly is great, front desk staff are very nice, security is nice. All staff are very friendly. The casino didn't pay out much but who knows why. The machines are modern and make lots of noise and have flashy lights if you like that sort of thing. No card tables though. The restaurant is mainly Mexican pub food. PRO TIP: Much cheaper beer at the casino bar than at the restaurant. The problem we had was that they promote a sexist atmosphere, with gals barely clothed, always looking uncomfortable, and even at 6am when you go get a cup of coffee you have to talk to a young gal wearing basically just her underwear. We are older, faithful people who don't believe in misogyny and would prefer a family friendly atmosphere. Nothing on the photos on Expedia / Google showed this type of atmosphere or we would not have booked a room here. If we had kids with us we would have cancelled our booking. Otherwise this is a good place and nothing operationally wrong with it. Just a cultural difference with the restaurant servers that wasn't advertised at all.
