We booked a stay at Luxury Suites International at The Signature and were extremely disappointed. From the start, the room was in unacceptable condition. The couch had fabric awkwardly draped over the cushions, which we assumed was covering a minor tear. Later that night, we discovered the truth—there was a huge brown stain and what looked like mold growing under the hide-a-bed mattress. Instead of properly addressing the issue, management had clearly tried to cover it up.
On top of that, the vanity mirror in the bathroom was broken and literally hanging by its cord, creating an obvious safety hazard. The iron in the closet was burnt and dirty, leaving black marks that ruined our clothes when we tried to use it.
To make matters worse, we spent most of our trip trying to deal with these problems through the property management team, only to receive little to no resolution. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we wasted valuable time chasing fixes that never came.
What makes this even more disappointing is that we have stayed here many times before with great results, even recommending this facility to family and friends. Sadly, this experience was dishonest, unsafe, and a complete failure of basic hospitality standards. The fact that these conditions were knowingly rented out to guests is beyond unacceptable. Our trip was ruined, and we strongly advise others to avoid staying here.
