Our room was outdated & dirty. The shower door handle was broken, the chairs around the dining table were stained and torn. The other furniture had a layer of dust on it that looked like it had not been dusted in over a year. The light switches were dirty and gross. It did not feel like a luxury suite at all. I was very disappointed.

These units need to be remodeled. The upholstered furniture was stained and the couch had a blanket on it that served as a cover for the seat cushions. These suites need some new furniture, mattress and new carpet.

Really clean lobby private property that feels secure. Great customer service. Thanks to Jenier and Louise! Great fast elevators. Comfy bed. Great balcony and view. Access to MGM is super convenient including the pool. Decent pool at this property too. Just had a couple things that were found on the floor in the room left behind from previous guests is the only negative.

Of all the units I’ve stayed in @Signature, this is the worst maintained and dirty unit in the complex. My feet were dirty as soon as I stepped out of the shower. The tv was broken and the management company couldn’t figure out how to fix it and then ignored my complaints the remainder of the trip.

We got to our room and one of the sink faucets was broken. Electrical outlets did not work. The bed mattress and pillows were old and broken down and sunk in the floor was dirty. There was an extra random refrigerator pushed up against a wall next to the desk. There were cushion covers that did not match the couch on the couch cushions. And we could never talk to anybody at the property management office. We ended up leaving the room after one day and had to get another hotel room directly through the hotel. And the hotel was amazing and took great care of us unlike this company.. I have pictures and even sent them to them, but they don’t care.

House keeping didn't clean the Coffee maker. Coffee maker had grounds from previous guest. Room was old with scratches on the table, and the carpet needed cleaning. The staff was friendly, and answered all the questions we had.

We stayed at the International Suites for 4 nights. The apartment was a good size and was in a great location. The only challenge was that the main bedroom door did not close properly and it was slight lacking in kitchen utensils, my wife is a coeliac and we decided to eat in as she get worried.

Amazing views! The balcony is gorgeous, a little nerve wracking if you don’t like heights but hubs was obsessed and spent a lot of time out there. Loved how it was attached to MGM and walking distance to the strip. So much to do on property, the salon was incredible and it had the best pedicure of my life. Beds were comfy, could have used some type of turn down service for being there 3 days. So maybe the interior is slightly outdated but clean and comfortable. Absolutely recommend for a couples getaway.

Property is out dated. By that I mean furniture, carpets all need upgrade. Great room but not taken care of. Shower handle broken, water damage on ceiling in bathroom, lights in living area in good condition. No updated area for technology. Pool experience was sad. Only one pool available during week and didn’t open on time. Also by using the 2nd pool only the sun is not out from behind buildings till noon. Pool 1 offers sun earlier in day. This is our 4th time at Signature but will probably be our last. Possibly Signature rooms are kept better than Resort.

The furnishings in my unit were worn compared to my friends' room. There was noticeable dust and crust in the room and bathroom didnt seem clean. I asked the front desk for cleaning supplies but I had to contact the rental company. I had to send pictures and they took the complaint. But could not get anyone the first night (Sun). I asked when I might be able to take a bath. 2 days and no reply on Tues. 3 days (Wed) they asked if someone from the team could come to the room. I had already said do not enter without me there, so I replied that again. When I returned the towels had been changed so someone did enter. I had already purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned what I needed. I did ask for compensation and have yet to hear back from them.

It is a fabulous property. The common grounds/pools managed by MGM are well cared for and clean. unfortunately the property management company has not maintained the suites appropriately. Cleaning was a concern and communication with the off site property managers was difficult. The company has failed to reply to some of the concerns and pictures I brought to their attention for improvement.
