The staff was terrible ,check in was one of the worse yet hotel gave my rooms away so I paid for a lower class rooms I won’t stay at New York New York again Over priced for everything and at check in was belittled the hotel did not even offer to accommodate for their rudeness or for giving my rooms away the rooms were small and with no fridge or microwave
