The lady at registration this morning on the 11th was the most helpful checking in process on the 10th was a nightmare could barely understand the woman that I was talking to thought she said only had to pay for parking once that turned out to be untrue but luckily the lady in the next morning took care of that after I already paid once and I was told me a federal government employee working for the military I'd be able to get a white card but was turned down because I'm not active duty there are no coffee makers in the room the beds are somewhat comfortable but the frames make you feel like your head is going downwards

Great room at a great price at NYNY

Great stay at NYNY. The room was large and clean. Check in was quick and the staff was very helpful with the self check in station. The only issue is how smokey the hotel is, but that is true of almost every hotel in Vegas.

A lot of restaurants and things to do on the property! Staff were friendly and check in was quick and easy. Only complaint is we booked a king bed room and by the time we checked in they had none of those rooms left 😏

Staff at check in and housekeeping were friendly and professional. Staff in gambling areas did not offer or provided no drinks or beverages for the entire 3 days while we were gambling for hours. Staff at herseys world ice cream area would not help or acknowledge customers while standing at ice cream counter for 25 minutes. Very rude individuals.

Could work on Food quality and cleaniness!!!

My overall stay was good , My Husband and I enjoyed ourselves. Room was a lovely size . We got the Spa Suite , the restroom was dirty when led me to believe our room was dirty. I just didn't have the energy to go swap room after a 3 hour drive . I brought my own towels and sheets and wipes so I managed . We ate at America and my chicken avacado Cobb salad was bad. Hard as a rock avacado and chicken was so dry , the wonton strips were stale and tasted like refrigerated. Still didn't complain just drank my yummy margarita and went about my day . The hotel itself was nice , staff was pleasant and helpful.
