Ice cold pool not fun!!

Everything was great, except you can’t go down one side of the casino without being attacked by timeshare people And the worst of it was, I specifically wanted to go swimming and the pool was ice cold too cold for me to comfortably have any amount of swimming so that really sucked and kind of ruined it but it was close to the train and in a good spot

The first thing you noticed when you are going up to your room. Only 1 elevator is working out of 3. There was a line that we waited almost 25 minutes. My daughter takes a shower and when she comes out she tells me that the bathtub, the water is taking forever to go down. The next day, my daughters and nephew were excited to get in the pool. But to our surprise the pool was closed for inclement weather. Like are you serious. It was hotter the previous day. And again we waited another 25 minutes for the elevator to go up to our room and change. Ohh btw a guests ask the worker that was pushing the numbers in the elevator how long have the elevators have not been working and she stated "I've been working here for 5 years and only 1 has worked" like wow!!!! and there's many more to her things that I hated about this place. Next time I'll make sure to read the reviews before I book. I won't recommend it to nobody .

Only one elevator working for our tower. The deposit ($300) seemed steep for this place. Handles broken off the front door, the exterior, you could tell was run-down. Room still had hair in shower from previous guest, tub just was very old to where it didn’t seem clean, toilet was very slow to flush. Shower head also was very dirty (hard water build up). Room needs blackout curtains as we were woken up by the morning sun-not exactly what you want when in Vegas. Vending machines had tagging on them or were missing all together. AC unit in room looked original and was falling apart. In the elevator bays there were holes in the wall. Morning of checkout we waited at least 20 minutes for the elevator before walking down all 12 floors which we then ended up in a corridor that took us outside, we could not find the lobby and were now in an alley outside and had to walk all the way around the building. We also had a couple that was also trying to get on elevator and they were beyond upset because they got a notice on their door about being charged a smoking fee. It does seem people are being charged without proper evidence. Burger place on site was good and the casino actually wasn’t bad. Sadly won’t be coming back though.

Bathrooms were moldy. The mirror on the wall almost fell on the baby.It was barely screwed or nailed. Dangerous to people’s health.Staff at the front desk were very rude and unprofessional. Only one staff was nice and helpful.

Elevators often weren’t working. Nobody ever came to clean our room during a 4 night stay. Was promised gambling credits with our booking that we never received. Pool often closed. Bathroom rusting and stained. The area is the only positive thing this place has to offer. Would not recommend.
