Not a good experience. They could not find my reservation initially until I pulled up my confirmation email and all the sudden they found it. Parking was 20 for the one night we were there. Staff could not tell us where the elevators were when we came in with our stuff from the parking garage. Small elevator with an attendant so only 2 people with luggage could fit. Second elevator was broken. Hallway and elevators smelled bad. Room was nice, but the toilet was not flushed from previous Occupants. The showers either had scalding hot or ice cold water.

The property is in need of multiple repairs including the elevators, as they were not working the majority of our stay. First it was two elevators, and than on the 2nd day it was all three elevators, of which I have pictures of. The vehicle parking arm wasn't working, and someone ended up just running through it to get through, as they were sick of waiting to drive forward. Multiple lights in the hallways are broken, the toilet in our room was broken, the tub in our room needs replaced it is so dirty the dirty and staining will not come off, the towels are hard and dull cream yellow, the windows are so filthy you cannot even see out of them. I have pictures of everything, and honestly you taking a $300.00 deposit from your customers is almost hysterical...if anyone need protection from someone it is us against you and the poor management of this hotel.

OYO is a dump. I stayed five days and saw housekeeping once. I complained to the manager, but she didn’t care. Front-desk staff is indifferent and the manager is worse. Most of the elevators don’t work. You have to use service elevators if you’re lucky. The dining options are severely limited. After midnight, there is only Steak & Shake and they take 23 minutes to get you a milkshake. First time customer. I won’t be back.

Worst hotel ever

The plumbing was backed up so bad that after taking a shower you could easily take a bath. The water didn't drain for 30 mins. The elevator buttons were taped over so we couldn't call the elevator. No sign to direct us where to go. We found a service elevator that we were supposed to use and somehow we were just suppose to know that telepathically I guess. The whole place had the vibes of a motel 6. I half expected a cockroach to crawl across our pillows. When leaving we were charged for smoking in the room, when all we did was take a hot shower/bath combo. Seems they are trying to scam us out of everything they can before they go under. When we brought up the smoking charge they said there was nothing they could do and we could try to prove we didn't smoke. I expected at least that our hotel would offer parking for their guests but you have to pay separately for that too. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at and am very concerned for others planning their trips here.

Very Pleased

Room on the 16th floor was super clean and cozy. 4 fluffy pillows and soft bed made sleep comfy. Strip veiw, lots of storage space, and sturdy furniture were a plus. Service employee went down to the 10th floor and brought ice to our room. Will definitely stay again.

Almost every elevator was broken. The rooms are dirty and have mold in the bathrooms. They say its a non smoking floor but everybody was smoking in the hallways. The smoke got in our room and they want to charge me $500 for someone elses smoking.

If you’re looking for the cheapest spot to stay with a casino on sight this could be the place, but in terms of quality there’s nothing positive to say. My group of 4 got a “premium” room with a “strip view”. The room had cracks in the ceiling, hair all over the bathtub with a drain that didn’t work, 0 water pressure, and a micro balcony with a window so dirty you couldn’t see your hand behind it. The staff was pleasant on a level that showed they didn’t wanna be there either, which I don’t blame them. They had one working elevator you had to wait up to 35 minutes for (which still commonly got stuck in place) which is fine if you’re okay with climbing up to 15 flights of stairs. With the rate charged, on top of a nightly resort fee, that claims to be used to help improve your experience and amenities, I would not recommend this stay to anyone looking to enjoy their time at the hotel they’re staying it. But if you’re just looking for a bed to sleep in then this is the place.

Checking in was a nightmare- the guy at the front was rude and on his phone. The so called "free breakfast" sucked, nowhere was it made clear that you only get 9$ of credits and not even coffee. There's no coffee in the room. The room is NOTHING like the pictures. It's super dirty and dilapidated. I asked for help with the slot machines (I've never used them before) and was rudely brushed off by 2 employees and the third acted like I was an idiot because I've never gambled before. Then today my sisters in law were prematurely kicked out of their room, making us late to my wedding. This has been the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Broken elevators. This hotel was the same price as most others for absolutely 0 benefit.
