The concierge would text every day, a few times a day, to ask if we needed anything. When we asked for towels, they confirmed that we were out of the room and brought the towels, cleaned the garbages and made the beds. They would check in regularly yo confirm that we were enjoying our stay. It was really easy to communicate and ask questions, and made our stay very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Five stars.

One and done.

An alarm with strobe lights went off in our room at 11:30pm in every room of the suite. Front desk kept saying someone was going to come to our room to turn it off which never happened. The alarm with the strobe lights stayed on for a half hour before turning off. The hotel taking a half hour to shut off an alarm is not acceptable. I don't blame them for the alarm, but I do blame them for not finding a way to turn it off sooner. We almost checked out. Never will stay again.
