Peace in a lively place

Room nice and comfortable, spacious and functional. The main negative was no flexibility on checkout. If you wanted an afternoon checkout then you had to pay for another full night, some hotels were offering that for $30. No restaurant or casino but well positioned next to shopping centre and plenty of hotels nearby with casinos.

Realized once home the next day i left an item there. Called immediately and explained exactly where the item was left. Of course nothing was found..Spoke with several people inclufing security supervisor. Sent over all required paperwork. They then gave me another number to call,where no one ever picks up and you are required to leeave a message. This has been since February 15th and i still have not receieved a call back. Definitely have the feeling as this happens often and the number given is a number nobody responds to. I have also sent numerous emails last one being to Shawn Wilson the Supervisor for Security requesting another follow up by him and management. Im still waiting on that response. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our stay was good, however one set of elevators were a problem - sometimes you'd call for it and it straight up wouldn't come. We often walked a further distance to the other set so we weren't standing around waiting for 20 minutes for the elevator to arrive. The hot tub was also out of order almost the entire time we were there.
