On arrival, the toilet and sheet were dirty. I stayed there for 5 days and no one cleaned the room. Maybe I was supposed to request house cleaning… I don’t know but it wasn’t done. No fresh towels.. NOTHING!

Room was clean. ‘Upgraded’ to a suite that wasnt really much of a suite. Bigger room but no separation from the seating area. Also an odd mirror over the bed, window i to the shower from the bedroom, and 60’s furniture was all very strange. Food options were ok. Nothing special. Only stayed here bc every other hotel was twice as much due to conventions in town. On the monorail line which was helpful for getting around. Casino is very small. Would not stay here again. Sketchy to walk from there to the strat at night. Decent place just not my cup of tea.

The room could've used a bit more cleaning, and the check-in process dragged on a bit - felt like we waited almost as long as if we were checking in twice, even though we arrived at 4 pm, the designated check-in time. Also, they didn't offer any extra room service, and the coffee machine was on the fritz. The lobby was nice and modern, and the hotel's location was a big plus - super close to the monorail station, making it easy to get around. Plus, they had free parking, which was a great perk!

The room was amazing…if you like that. We stayed in an iconic King room in the Alexandria tower, look it up on youtube. Was a large room, lots of closest space, a great peek-a-boo shower. Room was very clean. We were very close to Monorail. Noodle den and Chickie and Petes were both delicious. The front of the hotel is what drew us in the first time we saw the resort. Amazing! The interior is very upscale yet it is not expensive to stay here. Loved this resort and will return again as staff was the clincher. Highly reccomend the Sahara
