Perfect little place off the strip away from the chaos, but in walking distance. Staff was friendly , room was nice and clean. If I HAD to pick something to complain about, my room didn’t have a towel rod or hook next to the shower :) not a big deal. Recommend!!

Comfortable and quite

Room and facility was very clean, comfortable, and quite! Staff was friendly and attentive. Love the $15 breakfast with typical items of chain hotels free breakfast, but are virtually non-existant in Vegas. Parking was close, in front of the building. Doesn't look like they would have enough if the hotel was full though. We walked to/from the strip 1st day, 1.5mi to Bellagio. 2nd day opted to drive and paid $25 to park at Flamingo garage. One downside was airport noise with flights going directly over every few minutes all night. We didn't need AC or heat in March, but turning the fan on was enough to drown out the plane noise.

The room was really nice and updated,modern. Room had a nice smart tv,new padded carpet,really comfy soft bed. Upstairs slidding balcony door would lock and shut properly,door entry handle was broken looked like someone tried to get in my room.Air conditioner was filthy with dust. Should wear shower shoes ,got a weird bacteria on my foot 2nd day being there also got a pink eye with my 4 day stay may have been from the pillow or towel, been irrating me everyday. Swimming pool was Closed that was one reason why i chose the location was for the bed and swimming pool. Elevator was trash everytime you went in it felt like it was going to break, the inside panel was barely holding on and the 2nd story button to call the elevator was exposed with wires. Breakfast buffet was $14.99 all you can eat. The lobby chair didnt match what so ever like they showed on the pictures. $200 deposit to make sure you dont smoke,drink, have extra guest or parties allowed or you lose your $200 deposit. Weird hidden fees included in your payment of stay. I should of just stayed at a 5 star casino with all the fees. Also some of the works would stay in the hall way and play music outloud and curse to their coworker as if they were enjoying their time off, not getting out of the way when you walk by them. Overall the rating they have of a 3.5 seems accurate. Would i stay again probably not , 1 time ordeal for sure.

Suite was very roomy with separate sitting area, furniture seemed new, Bathroom large , eating areas nearby. Courtyard grounds were very nice with sitting areas and pool . In evening there was an extended conversation at loud levels in non English language that was disruptive. Not sure if it was hotel maintenance or guests. All in all enjoyed our stay

I chose this location because I was here for only 1 night and was looking for something economical. It met my needs. Breakfast was good. Doesn’t have some of the amenities of a resort I’d stay at for a longer time but it met my needs and was clean.

Amazing staff! Our room was really nice and spacious. There was security walking around and it was a gated area. Definitely would stay here again. Loved the living room and the bed was really comfortable.

BEWARE! DON'T BE FOOLED! Although the photos of this place look really good online, don't be fooled. This is a less-than-average, motel style facility. The pool and inside courtyard grounds were not maintained well and very dated. There were many issues like sidewalk cracks, light fixtures broken, paint coming off walls, etc. The lobby is also dated and not very clean. The website says they have a spa, but it is very small with only 2-3 rooms and limited services. The rooms were updated but not that clean and they do not provide a daily maid service. I tried to get a refund for checking out one night early and they said they would not refund me the one night stay. The best thing is the price, but you get what you pay for here! Very disappointing! Will not stay here again.
