Everything was great (the staff, the room, access etc)! The only issue was with communication between Expedia/Hotels.com and myself. So frustrating trying to get info (stupid chatbots that do not work), adjust booking or heaven forbid, if you need a receipt. Arrghghgh!

I was very disappointed with my recent stay. Shortly after checking in, I found a cockroach in the bedroom, and later another one appeared in the bathroom. This was completely unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable throughout the stay. I reported the issue to the front desk, but the response did not feel adequate considering the seriousness of the situation. Cleanliness should be a basic standard for any hotel, and unfortunately this property did not meet that expectation. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and improves their cleaning and pest control procedures. Until then, I cannot recommend staying here.

There were cockroaches in the restroom and room. Also floor was filthy, rooms not clean, smelt stale. Sheets smelt like they hadn’t been washed in a while. Overall, poor experience. Staff not available when needed help in front desk.
