The people make this resort fantastic, from the vary to front desk and throughout the many restaurants whose waiters and bartenders are best-in-class friendly, helpful and most obviously enjoy their jobs. The resort is away from the chaos of the strip but close enough to get to all major venues. That separation from the strip give if a unique and more personal and relaxing experience. Great amenities for family members of all ages including the mermaid shows at the immense aquarium, unique miniature bowling alley and the Outdoor World/ BassPro Shop. Finally, they keep cost down with free valet parking and reasonable food prices.

Hotel was very nice. The staff was amazing, restaurants were great, room was clean, and location was convenient. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the beds weren't great. Would definitely stay there again though!

Everything was beautiful, spic and span, super comfortable bed, friendly staff. The only issue was that the curtains didn’t close all the way, and my sister and I were subjected to flashing casino lights from the pool all night long. Why in the world they would design curtains to not close all the way is beyond me.

Excellent room. Poor signage when trying to figure out where to park for check-in.. Staff was frazzled and hassled us because we booked with Hotels/Expedia. Said they didnt have to honor the room, but eventually did. It was busy holiday, so I give them a pass. Room was great. Casino only has Asian/Native American slots, no premium games. Great restaurant (Sundance Grill) with good food and nice portions. Despite a few issues, great stay and would again.

Lovely staff. Clean rooms. Amazing pool. It was kind of crazy to us that the pool closed at 9 PM. We would have loved to use it later. Especially because they kept it all lit up and inviting even after it was closed. Note to all hotels: Please go back to real bathroom doors! Doors are heavy and hard to slide shut.
