The location was very nice. The print desk wasn’t so friendly transportation to and from places drivers were very friendly, but the pool and hot tub had so many chemicals in it that literally dried my skin out to the point where it cracked almost bled other than that, it was a great day.

We booked a 2 bedroom, it was very spacious. The bathrooms were not the cleanest as the tub quite a bit of grime, def needed a good cleaning. The wall paper in the bedroom was peeling off, and kitchen cabinets were pretty banged up aside from that everything else was fine.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here & we really appreciate how quiet it is & easy to get to. The rooms are nice, but wasn’t super clean. I’m not sure the counters got cleaned b/c there was some leftover rice on one of them. It seemed like we had to do a lot prior to leaving the property….take the trash out, strip the bedding & put all the dirty laundry in the bathtub, run the dishwasher…just seemed like a lot when we were paying a “resort fee.”

This property was great! About 20-30 minute drive from the Airport.. very easy to get to the Strip if you desire. The views of the mountains were very close. The property was very clean as well as the room. It had everything we needed for our week long trip. Will definitely stay again. No complaints.

This was my first stay at the Cliffs and I could not have been happier! The room was more than I could have hoped for given the price. It was very large, clean and had everything needed for an extended stay. The property was in great condition, the staff was pleasant and the gym was top notch. I went for several walks in the neighborhood at night and felt completely safe. It was a 8-minute walk to restaurants and stores, so close enough to enjoy the area but tucked away in a safe and quiet neighborhood. If you are going to Vegas and want to avoid the strip, but still be close enough to the action, this is a great location and I will certainly return!

Always a great stay at Cliffs! Plenty of space if traveling with kids, hot tub is always hot and big enough for several groups . We always stay when we have cheer competition at The Orleans, its about a 15 minute commute and worth it for the convenience of having a full kitchen and BBQ area to save money on eating out.

Good, spacious property for family. Quiet and family friendly, but easy convenient (free) shuttle to strip. Also near nice neighborhood (sunmerlin) and red rock for non-strip activities. Ideally located near amenities.
