We have stayed with the Cliffs on and off for months now. This check in was a little off, we were given a room went to the room someone either didn't check out or checked in and the front desk didn't check either way the room was occupied. Therefore, our check in time took over 40 minutes. Security was called. I don't know how the outcome ended. We were never apologized to or there was no follow up.

Very clean, but in need of update and repairs.

Clean condo, however it needed repairs. One of the blinds was broken on the main window in the living room. The 2nd bedroom closet door was broken. The condo is in need of an update.

When I first got there, they were trying to overcharge me. Within the first hour of me being there, they had given another family keys to my condo. The room was not properly cleaned. It had the smell of mold.. I required maintenance several times in my unit. After it rained, I had water spots on my ceiling in the bedroom. The pool and the hot tub were overchlorinated so much that it burned my eyes. My first 4 days of my vacation were very stressful. And all the staff said was, i'm sorry.

Good for families

It was a great place for family. However, check out time at 10am is way too early. I was told at the beginning of my stay that I could call the day before to request a late checkout (1 hour after) and they would check availability and would grant it if the room was available. I called the day before and asked and the front desk didn’t check for availability, she just said no checkout. If that was going to be the case, then say that at the beginning of the stay so I know what to expect. In addition, the apartment had a bit of an odor, like it had been enclosed for a long time. They should leave the windows open once in a while so it doesn’t smell too much. Also, the area where the skee ball and other games were smelled muggy and I had to get out as soon as I entered. Definitely needs an upgrade. Wouldn’t recommend going to that area. Other than that. This place is good for families.

We stayed in a first floor room because I can’t climb stairs and this hotel does not have elevators. The biggest con with this hotel is the first floor rooms are noisy. I could hear the footsteps of the people above me on the second floor. I could also hear every time they moved the dining room chairs, the toilet flushing, and the bathroom fan. The biggest pro with this property is that it is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Also the rooms were free of bed bugs. The bathroom sink fixture was loose but functional. One the the bedroom’s ac wasn’t working so the room was hot. We lived the convenient parking next to the room. You don’t have to walk through a crowded smoke filled casino to get to your room. The room was pretty clean and well-stocked with towels. The washer and dryer in room is a huge plus you can pack light and wash and dry clothes as needed. It’s a wonderful hotel. I would stay there again. But I wish the noisy first floor room could be fixed somehow.

It was just OK. We stayed in a two bedroom, two bathroom unit. There was plenty of space for four of us. We liked that we had an assigned, covered parking spot. My biggest complaint was cleanliness. The unit needs a good deep cleaning. There was also food in the bottom of the sink and stuff stuck to the fronts of the cabinets. The beds were very uncomfortable also. The price was good for the space, but I don’t think I would choose to stay again.

Interior of the unit itself wasn't cleaned all that well. The bathroom showers had hair in them, the curtains were musty smelling as were the bed linens. They were clean, I just think they weren't fully dry before being put up. Also the bathroom toilet seat was visibly soiled. The Kitchen was great and clean. The couch could use replacing as it is looking a little worse for wear. Also, I know you can't control it but the people in the unit directly above us were terrible. The were moving furniture and stomping all night long and extremely loud and noisy.

3 tv in 2 bedroom condo all tv’s needed some type of repair Booked threw Expedia.com There website booked Me for 2 different rooms on the same day What a night mare .I had to book and pay for another day Now I have 2 separate itinerary’s and had to pay for 2 rooms when I only stayed in 1 for 2days I will never use them again
