The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The ground were beautiful with the lake view and the lobby was impressive as well. I also like the different options we had for eateries. I was disappointed that the beach was closed with all of its amenities and the hot tub to. They were doing many renovations in the pool areas. The rooms need updating.

I would have booked somewhere else if I had known the that one of the pools was closed and that both hot tubs were closed. The entire resort looks like it is due for a remodel and needs major maintenance. Overall my experience was very poor.

We have normally loved this hotel...but we were super disappointed in the lower pool with the slide being closed. It was the reason we picked the hotel. Also everything seemed the best getting run down. In need of updates. The carpet was very dirty along flooring in bathroom. Beds very uncomfortable. That being said...the staff was incredible and very accommodating.

I would give all 5 stars, but I gave 4 for the following reasons: 1. When we booked the hotel it showed that we had a microwave in the room, which we needed. 2. There was absolutely NO coffee on the premisses after 11 am, and we had to go to the village to get a cup of coffee. Hotels like this should have at least a stand , where customers can make their coffee, if bo other options are not available. 3. Having queen beds vs double beds is actually going to bring more customers, as a family with children, and parents may not literally sleep on double beds! Other than the aforementioned, it is a wonderful place, and the service is on a top level! Thank you very much!

Staying at the Westin Lake Las Vegas was just what we needed. The room was wonderful, the view was amazing and the service was great. We will definitely stay again

Beautiful property! But why is the lower pool closed and beach closed, and as far as I could tell no prior notification on the website to set your expectations when you arrive at the property and find a portion of the amenities closed.

We were pleasantly surprised how amazing this property was. We had a lake view and it was spectacular. Renovations going on so water slide and a few other things closed, so a little sad about that, but the facility itself was great. Staff was also exceptionally friendly and helpful.
