First night temps fell to low 30’s and room heater didn’t work A day later the toilet plugged, a day later there was an all-night party next door (approximately 10 pm to 6:00 am). Later the dink plugged and I was told the sink/plumbing was due to the joined plumbing next door). The staff was above average, the facility is tired. Would not recommend or return!

The room is updated, but the same issues exist with every visit to this property. Facilities are needing repair or closed, service staff is disengaged and just sloppy all around.

All the pools were closed but it would have been nice to wander around without the locked gates to explore the property. Our booked room wasn't available upon check-on but the friendly check-in staff offered a food credit. There was only one person working the omelette bar meaning we were late checking out of our room so two servers at peak weekend would have been smart to prevent unnecessary standing around. Overall a good choice for the summer months if you have kids.
