Honestly not great. Check in was fine, but bathroom was dirty. Hair stuck to the back of the bathroom door. Hair in the shower and corners of sink were toothpaste and hair. 2nd day we woke up and there was a bug in the bed. They did give us new bedding but it was just gross.

We liked staying here and we’ll stay again. Unfortunately, when we came, the beach was closed as was paddle board rental. That was unfortunate but still had a great time.

Overall we had a great stay, property has declined since we were there 15 years ago. Check-in people were awesome! The bartender was very rude when redeeming free drink vouchers on first night. Pool and chairs were great for relaxing. Late check-out was very appreciated.

I will start with the positives for this place. First off it is very beautiful. Staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities were wonderful. The place was clean. The negatives are we payed extra for to a room with a view. When we checked in we received a room that opened up into the parking lot. We were able to switch right away as we have small children and it was not a good fit. The second room we were put in the air conditioning did not work properly. The shower doors do not stay shut. There wasn't any shampoo or body wash in the shower and I had to leave my shower to go and get some.

Could use some cleaning and care

The upper pool was so gross and had debris floating all on top of it. They need to skim and clean it out. Beds are old. They are sunken in. Bathroom door was filthy. Not sure it’s ever been wiped and shower floor was yucky!

They parked the cleaning cart in front of our room at 11:45 and told us it was our time to have our room cleaned at 3 o’clock. We move the car and let ourselves into the room and then called housekeeping and begged to have our room which they did a mess that day of our vacation

Needs a little love

Free drink coupon for very bad house wine. Beds are very small in the rooms. Food and drink prices have significantly gone up out at the pool. Big Brown spots at the bottom of the pool. It needs to be cleaned Other than that service was good. We still enjoyed out stay.
