The bed was firm and great for my aching back! The leather couch was comfy, and the big screen TV was awesome. My room overlooked the Spere. The room was so spacious, and the fridge kept my food cold too. The only concern I had was the tub/shower looked old and not inviting for a nice warm bath. Overall, I had a nice stay at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino.

Air circulation in rooms was horrible, the AC and Heater did not function at all. Was informed during checkout that yhe temperature is automatically controlled by hotel staff. Will it would've been nice to know that beforehand. The bed are not that confortable.

We checked in just fine. The room was good i cannot complaint. Once in the hotel we tried taking a shower and there was minimal water coming out of the shower. We call the front desk and they said that maintnance guy was coming over. It took him more thean 2 hrs to clme in and check on it. We had to go to dinner and we left. Once we came back there was no water in shower and toilet. We got back at about 11pm. The front desk calls me at about 1130 pm trying to change my room. By this time the kids were asleep. We have another room next to us with the rest of the kids. The room was the same with no water in shower and toilet. I asked for a refund and they said no. They got us another room in front. We move in the room looks good until my kid is trying to take a shower. The shower would not drain properly. So we can to have a person come and look at it. We left and it was fixed. I asled for a refund so i can move to a different hotel and the person in charge said no to refund. Instead he said he was going to waive the resort fees. First and last time staying at this hote. I would not recommed to anybody.

My experience with CheapTickets at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino was not very good. When I arrived for check-in, the room I had already paid for was not available. Because of that, I was told I had to pay for a different room, which I did not like at all especially since I had already paid in advance. This was frustrating and disappointing. I’m sharing this so others are aware of what might happen when booking through CheapTickets. I hope the company improves its communication and ensures that customers actually receive the rooms they pay for. However, the room I eventually stayed in was in good condition, which I appreciated.
