I've stayed here in the past and loved it. Even recommended this place to friends. Unfortunately it is not the same. I had to switch rooms because they were dirty. Sheets were dirty. Pool was green. Come on Avi you guys can do better.

The only reason I selected this hotel it was because their amswimming pool looked good for my kid to enjoy. But the water was really cold and impossible to have fun like that.

We were pleasantly suprised. We really had an amazing time. I feel the cabbanas by the pool were way 2 expensive, fabric chairs were grimy and dirty and the over priced drinks were alarming. However everything else was amazing. Resturant food needs upgrading on site but staff were very accommodating.

The room smelled like someone cleaned it with a dirty mop and the water in the bathroom was dirty my partner tried to take a bath and the water was coming out dirty.! The pool staff was very rude.

My overall stay was okay intill the end. At checknout i see an unauthorized amount of 250. On my card. I ask the the hotel why they would authorize that amount when they told me the seposit is 100 at check in. Smh im still waiting on that pendong charge to clear

Rooms were dirty, bed backboards dirty and full of dust. Shower ceiling full of holes from water leaks and dark. Luxury room terrible can’t imagine regular rooms. Front desk terrible they don’t have maps of property or have information on pool or beach. Palapas charge to use them, they are not free. All Pools are only 3ft deep. Beach area is dirty and pools water is murky.
