My overall stay was okay intill the end. At checknout i see an unauthorized amount of 250. On my card. I ask the the hotel why they would authorize that amount when they told me the seposit is 100 at check in. Smh im still waiting on that pendong charge to clear

Rooms were dirty, bed backboards dirty and full of dust. Shower ceiling full of holes from water leaks and dark. Luxury room terrible can’t imagine regular rooms. Front desk terrible they don’t have maps of property or have information on pool or beach. Palapas charge to use them, they are not free. All Pools are only 3ft deep. Beach area is dirty and pools water is murky.

I had to call the front desk 4 times to get someone to fix the faucet in the bathtub due to constant running water. I took a shower and noticed the shower curtain was all moldy on the bottom. It hasn’t been changed forever! The tub filled up to my knees with dirty water!!!!!!

I reserved two rooms and both were dirty. You can tell that the rooms are not inspected by a supervisor or anyone else because the cleanliness of the room was terrible. I showered with sandals and the toilet was horrible. I was disgusted to say the least.

Everyone friendly. Needs more eating options but there is tons leaving the property. Rooms good except carpet. Beach needs less palapa so there is enough space for families to set up. I would definitely recommend. .

Yellow Water

The water at the resort is yellow. The toilet water is yellow. When you open the shower brown yellow water comes out. The beds are hard and old. The front desk was not courteous. The cleaning staff came and changed the towels only, didn’t do the beds, or cleaned. They were in the hallway and we asked and they didn’t have an answer. The pool is green, probably due to the yellow water and has so much chlorine it hurt my kids eyes and made their skin itch. Overall the hotel is old and outdated. Not much to eat nearby, you have to get in the car and drive for 7-10mins over the bridge.
