The bed and pillows were terrible. It felt like we were sleeping on the floor. The AC in our room never worked properly. The pool was super dirty. The casino was fun. The brunch buffet was great with lots of options.

Went to the property got into my room. I was promised queen size beds, and ended up getting full-size beds. This is unacceptable and a customer service here. It was terrible. The only good part about it is when you ask for towels they give you multiple towels otherwise three out of 10 stars in my book

La piscina de niños super fria y sin ningun servicio de meriendas ni bebidas, la de adultos igual y la cerraron a las 6 cuando dice que cierra a las 8 y el bar que es lo mas lindo que tiene también estaba cerrado. Fui un martes lo cual no recomiendo porque la unica opcion que tendras en las noches es jugar en el cacino. Sobre las habitaciones no me gustó que apesar de estar en una de no fumadores sus sabanas olian a cigarro
