Clean rooms, great customer service. My only concern is the elevators are a little rickety at times. They start to move before the doors are closed, or feel like they slam down very hard on the bottom floor.

There was only one elevator working in the tower we were in. There are cobwebs in corners and on door jams. Not very many food options. Whole casino floor had a HEAVY SMOKE SMELL. I had a headache returning to room. Our evening bellhop was the only thing excellent as the lady in gift shop.

Air conditioning went out and slots went out Saturday night After concert everyone looking for food restaurants were closed at 7 pm for a Saturday . Dennys couldn’t work no pos working. Lobby was hot no ac was working . Internet and tv service were out! After power outage only 2. Elevators were working. Didn’t use pool too many kids Asked for a refrigerator for my medication was told $2o.oo a day to rent so got my cooler out of car and filled it up with ice to keep medication cold. Not a good impression for a first timer. Buses to concert were far between pick up’s and drop offs .

Beds were made but looked like they had been layed in. Bathroom trash was full, used soap on the counter. Toilet paper roll was empty and on the dispenser. With half a roll also on the dispenser. Called front desk, dude was rude. Got thru to Cassie, she was nice. We asked for another blanket and the bathroom to be cleaned and she said she would let someone know. After an hour I called back and it wasn't even in the computer. Still, another 45 min and nobody came. My wife called back again and asked at least for the blanket, and it was brought 30 min later. I've stayed here a couple times, this was by far the worst.
