Front desk service was excellent during check-in, go KD. She was happy to accommodate my request for a first floor room.
Realized that night there were no towels in the room. Housekeeping was very responsive and delivered some. Soap is the smallest bar I've ever seen, barely bigger than a TicTac. With two of us in the room I had to request two additional bars on the second day for a four night stay. Again, housekeeping came through, great service.
The room is just meh. Different mis-matched tile where the bed base used to be. Disgusting crumbs, hair, dust, and missing baseboards behind the bed (found during my required bed bug check.) Floor had sand, dirt, crumbs, or something, all of which stuck to my feet as soon as I took my shoes off. Various walls had spots of various color liquids on them, in the bathroom, outside the bathroom, everywhere, clearly not looked over very well during cleaning.
Bottom line, half the cost of the other local hotels, so I can't complain because I'm cheap. You get what you pay for here. And there's a hooker in room 330.
