DOGS GONE WILD

i BOOKED MY ROOMS 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE, REQUESTED A GROUND FLOOR AND CLOSE TO THE CASINO, WHEN WE ARRIVED THE YOUNG GIRL AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY RUDE WE CHECKED IN AT 3:50 i TOLD HER WE REQUESTED GROUND FLOOR SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE DIDNT HAVE ANY THAT NIGHT THERE WERE SEVERAL ROOMS EMPTY. THE ROOM SHE GAVE IS WAS ON 2ND FLOOR, DOGS BARKING ALL NIGHT. POOPING IN THE STREET NOT ON LEASHES. OUR ROOMS FACED THE COLORADO BELLE. LAST YEAR EVERYTHING WAS GREAT SO i WANTED TO GO BACK AGAIN THIS YEAR BUT NOW IM NOT SURE i WILL STAY THERE AGAIN

You get what you pay for!

Front desk service was excellent during check-in, go KD. She was happy to accommodate my request for a first floor room. Realized that night there were no towels in the room. Housekeeping was very responsive and delivered some. Soap is the smallest bar I've ever seen, barely bigger than a TicTac. With two of us in the room I had to request two additional bars on the second day for a four night stay. Again, housekeeping came through, great service. The room is just meh. Different mis-matched tile where the bed base used to be. Disgusting crumbs, hair, dust, and missing baseboards behind the bed (found during my required bed bug check.) Floor had sand, dirt, crumbs, or something, all of which stuck to my feet as soon as I took my shoes off. Various walls had spots of various color liquids on them, in the bathroom, outside the bathroom, everywhere, clearly not looked over very well during cleaning. Bottom line, half the cost of the other local hotels, so I can't complain because I'm cheap. You get what you pay for here. And there's a hooker in room 330.

the room was not worth the money when there are others next door for $5,00 more. The website states they have 23 tables. yet they have NONE. They "fix" things with particle board and cover up something. It needs painted and upgraded. Spend the extra money for a different place that has what they advertise and has pictures from this century.

We had a suite on the river side, it was very clean and nice. I would definitely book this room again. The property was very clean and the staff was great!

The worst Meth infested homeless shelter I’ve ever encountered in my life. I’ve seen outhouses cleaner in concerts. You must have only one or two teeth to even stay or work here. The lady that checked me in was great - security guy was great. Everyone else should be on skid row in a tent.
