If your only sleeping.

The place itself was pretty rundown. Looks like they are starting to make renovations on some of it. Cheap for just sleeping.

The photos on website look more desireable than what it was. There was no elevators so we had to lug the ice chest up the stairs. My phone in room did not work. Housekeeping never came despite hanging the housekeeping sign on the door. I had to call the hotel on my cell phone to request additional towels since my room phone was not working. The pool was small and cramped with people. The beach behind hotel was disgusting. It was dirty, had broken chairs and infested with bugs and ants.

I don’t like the pioneer anymore, we used to like the chill vibes here but now they have so many rules and the security staff are so rude. I asked for fresh towels like 4 times and they seem to always forget, beds feel smaller than full size and they were doing construction on the busiest days (Labor Day) obstructing several parking spaces. I’m disappointed and I’m definitely taking my family and business somewhere else next year.
