It was quite small but enough room for the night. Would've been good with a small table & another bedside table. Good condiments. Lots of tiny dead bugs in the bathroom. Needs a wipe. Comfortable bed & warm room

Comfortable and Relaxing

Apart from one damaged door (only slightly down the bottom), the place was excellent, a really great place to stay for the weekend! :D Service was amazing and its really conveniently close to shops. Will totally come to Elphin to stay again :)

The staff and location were fantastic but the cleanliness in the bathroom regarding mould in the shower and around the toilet and the very dusty fan and blinds in front room need attention. Instructions on the use of the aircon/ heater would be beneficial.

Room was situated in a good spot above the office and had a small leafy balcony that was private. Location was very good for a brisk walk to the City Park and into town- no need to drive.

Overnight stay

A bit hard to check in during the out of hours or public holiday if you are in a rush and just want somewhere to stay the night. You need to email them back all your ID and card details before they can give you instructions on how to self check in. Luckily, one of the receptionists came to the office to assist us to check in. Apart from that, room is okay with amenities.
