Room is gross. Ceiling looks horrible. Curtains are shredding. Elevator floor is dirty and sticky. I asked for a towel and they didn’t have any clean ones. I have never stayed at such a horrible Hampton Inn and it doesn’t seem to bother anyone here!

First, friendly, professional staff. Second, good quality breakfast. Third, room condition for accessible room was terrible. Heating was either roasting hot or too cold. Eg- running heater at 67F was too hot. Shutting off heater was too cold. Worse, the handheld shower for the alleged handicapped bathroom was not only broken off the main pipe holding it to the wall, it leaked even while running a bath. Support cover rings were off bath handrails in places in bath. Ceiling had several areas of water leak. Tried to get another room but they had no more accessible ones. Room was clean. Price was right but had a feeling we could have stayed at another budget place at gotten a better condition room. Public areas were clean but public bathroom had trash overflowing and someone just stuck the fresh roll of TP on the top of the holder rather than affixing it to the holder.

Room was in need of update. Carpet stained and odd smell. Breakfast was not prepared and was very slow. Check in was very slow and had to get key cards to room later because they were having trouble. Bed was good and clean overall it was a okay stay.
