The front desk and housekeeping staff were very nice. The hotel room was rundown and outdated. They did not have condiments, coffee creamer, fruit or other protein options. Payment for the room was to include breakfast.

There were bed bugs. No problem the first night but the second I found beg bugs. They moved me to another room and still have no desire to discuss problem. I am now home and have to be very careful not to infest my home! They behave like it is no big deal. I have reached out and get silence in return. Would not stay again!

Due to an error on my part, I was booked in a smoking room which the receptionist mentioned as soon as I arrived at the site. She quickly worked to change me to a non-smoking room. The entire staff I met while there was courteous and helpful. The room was quiet, the bed and pillows were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Our room was dirty with ashes and smelled like weed. We got in at 2am and didn’t have the energy to speak to the front desk at that time. Told them the morning of and was told our room had smoke alarms and smoke in it just two days prior. You could smell it in the carpet as well as in the mattress and chair. They shouldn’t have had guest stay in a room that was filled with smoke just two days prior.

Bad hotel.

The bed is horrible very uncomfortable. Pillows very uncomfortable as well. The ceiling looks like it could leak at any time. The coffee table is cracked. The water is not very hot at all. After a long day on road it would be nice to be able to Come to a room that is comfortable to stay in. The hot tub and pool look very dirty. I thought with a Hilton name it would have the Hilton standards. It doesn’t.
