The shuttle was a lifesaver. The driver was friendly and tracking the shuttle through the app helped alot. The room was nice and comfortable with the biggest TV I've ever seen in a hotel. The breakfast was amazing with some of the best crossaints and pastries I've ever had a hotel. Must stay again!

The hotel looked very new & sparkly clean. The staff were all very nice & accommodating, & the room itself was quite lovely & comfortable. The only downside is that it is situated in quite an unusual area around the airport, so driving there was quite an ordeal.

Totally inadequate. They’ve tried to dress up an old hotel. Bathroom was horrible. Room made me feel like we were at a 2 star hotel. The food was inedible. The room was hot and couldn’t open the window. Shuttle only brought us all to 2B at the airport which is not where we needed to be and required much more effort. Would not recommend.

Very friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Very good value. Good food options/availability. Great for an airport stay before or after flight. However, in a warehouse type area (maybe it’s a converted office building?). Not where I would stay for the duration of a Paris visit due to distance from city center.

Shuttle availability is a plus. And the directions to catch the shuttle at the airport were spot on. The hotel is great. Rooms are big and comfortable. Restaurant and bar were easy foods to get when you are tired and don’t want to go out. The food was tasty. Breakfast was great and the area spacious and the fact that they had two espresso machines was the best

The front desk check-in process took way too long, I waited in line for over 30 mins. There were only 2 people on staff and they had bus loads of people checking in. The lady who helped me didn't give me any info about wifi, restaurant, bar, breakfast or anything. She had to take a break when it was my turn, which is fine but I had a long day as well and felt slighted. She didn't offer up the 4 free drink vouchers I had received. I had to ask for them then she proceeded to tell me that they don't do free drinks, to which I had to show her on my reservation and on the text communications directly from the hotel. The room was great as was the food and service in the restaurant.
