The main living area is open-concept with a pool table (converts to dining), poker/game table (also converts to dining), 65-inch HDTV, and a quality stereo system. Between the convertible tables and kitchen counter seating, there's dining space for the full group.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and enough counter and storage space for group cooking. Kitchen counter seating for four.
The spa area includes a private outdoor hot tub and a 4-person infrared sauna with complimentary tea and yoga mats. The fitness area has Bowflex adjustable weights with bench and kettlebells.
Outside: fenced yard, BBQ grill, multiple decks with mountain views.

Leadville is Colorado's highest incorporated city at 10,152 ft, surrounded by Mt. Elbert (14,439 ft) and Mt. Massive (14,428 ft) — the state's two tallest peaks. The town is small, authentic, and walkable — independent restaurants, historic bars, local shops, and year-round outdoor access.

From Denver (DEN): ~2hr drive via I-70 W to Hwy 91 S. Route crosses Fremont Pass (11,318 ft) — check cotrip.org in winter. AWD/4WD or chains recommended Nov–Apr.
From Eagle/Vail (EGE): ~1hr drive, fewer mountain passes.
Rideshare: limited availability in Leadville. Do not rely on Uber/Lyft.
Parking: free on-street at the property. Room for multiple vehicles.
