CONS: Drab exterior next to abandoned looking older property. Hazardous entrance/exit off of busy highway with speeding cars (hard right turn). Thin walls (slamming doors and footfalls audible at all hours). Bathroom sink lower than usual. PROS: Bar/restaurant with surprising Indian menu. Friendly, funny bartender and bargain happy hour. Free breakfast (but nothing special). Gym/pool for those who use them.

The facility is very old and shows its age. Fortunately the bed was new and comfortable. Front desk friendly and helpful. The worst thing is ingress and egress from VA Rt 7. Very dangerous! I would not stay here again for that reason.

Did not know how to deal with a service dog. Kept calling it a pet and telling me I had to pay the pet fee. My first room the door didn’t lock and the phone didn’t work to report it. Also I am handicapped and the entrance I was sent to was the only one with steps

Pool was closed, no access to the gym, outside door was hard to open and the stairwell door. Loud and noisy. Looks better on line than it is and they overcharged me.

Leesburg hotel

Hotel needs some updating but the price was right compared to other area hotels that we looked into. Our room wasn't cleaned on day 2 but we had do not disturb sign out until noon. Called for clean towels that never arrived

Pleasure trip for wedding attendance

Hotel is in serious need of renovation. Access door ("B") would not close/lock (walk right in), room only had one plug available accessible under a table desk (had to unplug the microwave to have a plug to use), dead bugs/spiders in room, live bugs/spiders seen daily, room floor tiles separated, poor noise insulation between rooms/shower noise, lamp shades and blackout curtains had age cracks/chips, though painted over obvious to see multiple dry wall repairs in room & bath, hallway carpets grungy, bath tub had no stopper, mold (minor) in bathtub sealant, poor/non-existent walkability area & you had to drive around a 2 mile block to get back to the hotel entrance driveway (potholed). Did not use restaurant but not open for breakfast to my knowledge. Front desk & housekeeping staff & service were friendly & helpful, good shower pressure, many restaurant choices within a few miles drive, many vineyards within 30 min drive, movie theater nearby.

The check-in staff had no personality . The hotel looked like it was abandoned. The outside was unkept and has trash. The inside smelled like curry that it infiltrated into our clothes . After a long day we came back to a room that had water all over the floor because of a leak at the window ( there was a long thunderstorm). We had to be moved to another room at 10 at night. That room after checking in , we discovered the toilet was clogged and could not be used The phones in the rooms for direct contact to the front desk did not work. We used our cells to call about the toilet - they said we will give you a “tool” to use to unclog the toilet. We waited 45 minutes for the plunger which we had to make work… ugh. The positive would be the ladies who presented the breakfast were delightful However I would never recommend this place to anyone. I wish I could be compensated for the situations we had to endure.
