⭐️ in Taveres

This is the worst Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at. Added a $35X2 pet fee that was not disclosed at the time of booking. Hotel staff member said “it is at the discretion of the hotel owner not the hotel group.” Very dirty and smelled like everyone was chain smoking even though we booked a non smoking room. This stayed has made me re-think Holiday Inn Express forever. ⭐️
Stain in the room as you walked in.
God knows what kind of bug.
Garbage 🗑️ was like this the whole time.
Elevator was never cleaned.

Enjoyable stay with friendly service. My request for a crib was fulfilled instantly. The gym is small but adequate for a short stay. Breakfast had a good variety of options. The room was clean.
