This was the most reasonably priced hotel in close proximity to the Villages. We stayed 3 nights. The area is very nice, the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and free hot breakfast was provided. Some negatives include: The entire headboard was a wall to wall mirror with a wall to wall, blinding bright fluorescent light, (hospital room type) positioned over the mirror. Interesting features for sure. The power outlets to plug in electronic devices were inconveniently located under the night stands and hard to access. The breakfast area could have been laid out better as guests had to crowd into a very small space to access food. Not a big deal as long as you don't mind bumping into strangers to get your morning cup of coffee. Overall this hotel provides the basics. Clean, safe area, free breakfast, comfortable bed, hot shower. It's an average hotel with some quirks.

Terrible Stay

My family and I stayed here for one night. The guy at the front desk was extremely and not helpful. When we walked into the room, the toom smelled like sewage, the sheets were dirty, and there was a random orange under the bed. We called down to complain about the dirty sheets, and the man at the front desk said we could come down and grab new sheets and make the bed ourselves. The new sheets were also very dirty. I would not recommend this place.

Wyndham sub-standard

I will start with the one good thing about the Room 102. The water was extremely hot. Room was cleaned but smelled musty. The couch smelled disgusting and was ripped. The a/c did not cool in the month of February. I could not imagine how hot the room would be in he summer months.

i hate to leave a negative review but we paid too much for the type of accommodations…it felt dirty, not sure if our sheets or towels were even clean. Staff was very nice but I would never stay here again. they should not be charging more than $70 a night for this place.
