There were many youth groups at the hotel up all night. They were running up and down the hallways, yelling all night and banging on our door. We did not have a good nights sleep or good experience.

Our family enjoyed our stay. Excellent Front Desk check-in, I wish I had gotten the gentleman’s name. We appreciate your patience and kindness during our family’s special event at Ft. Devens where we traveled far to rededicate the plaque that had been lost then found and put back in its rightful place, the Turner Drop Zone so named. Thank you for a lovely stay at your beautiful Hotel.

Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff

Clean comfortable room with friendly front desk personnel! Breakfast had a wide variety of tasty offerings, including many chosen for taking to go. One small criticism, and I mean small… apparently more than a couple of the doors, including ours, have lever handles that must be pulled up rather than down. Not a big deal, but a heads up from the front desk would have saved me a return trip.

Pool disgusting

Staff was friendly. Breakfast had good options. Room was clean. Pool neesa work. It smelled ike the sewer and was cloudy. Seemed unsanitary foe my kids to go into. Management needa to look into the pool. Loud neighbors all night.
