BED BUGS...... The hotel was outdated compared to other hotels and Holiday Inns we have stayed in. Was extremely upset and freaked out to wake up in the middle of the night to find bed bugs crawling all over the bed. Needless to say there was no sleep or comfort after that. They did refund our stay, but at that point the damage was done and will never stay at this location again. Did not eat breakfast, got out of there as early as we could considering. Only positive was the location being close to Red Mile Gaming and enjoyed the Tilted Kilt restaurant that was within walking distance.

Desk clerk argumentative. Hotel Faulty equipment was the final outcome. We worked past it, but more diplomacy needed for hotel in medical center. **Elevators display signs that inspection certificates are on file at hotel. State law requires certification to be displayed conspicuously in the elevator for operation. Elevators are therefore out of compliance. Beds--the whole reason I book with Holiday Inn. They were marginal. Better than Hilton but not up to standard for Holiday Inn, unfortunately. Holiday Inn Hamburg had great beds! Train passes all night long, so bring ear plugs or wear your earbuds if toward back of hotel. Minor- mini fridge froze everything. Breakfast was decent. Checkout was quick.

Room was pretty clean. We had a plumbing issue and had to switch rooms. The next night our key card wasn’t working but we were able to get it resolved quickly. Workers didn’t know much about on-site laundry facility. Breakfast was okay. The first morning it was really good and the next morning it wasn’t as good.

Generally good. Their website says there is a "Hot Tub or Spa", but there isn't. The TV in my room was broken the first night, but it was fixed the second night. The breakfast was good.
