Had to switch rooms twice due to cleanliness issues in the first room (dead and live bugs in the first room), then intense smoke smell in the second (it was a non-smoking room). Front desk staff was nonchalant about the issues, not rude, but also not accommodating or particularly understanding. Once we got into a room that felt a little better, we realized that they don’t seem to clean the room floors very thoroughly, and the bathroom facilities are in need of some TLC. The shower head was unstable and coming out of the wall. The one upside was that the bed was comfortable.

It is an older hotel, which is fine if it were clean. The bathroom had hair on the counter, in the sink, and on the floor. There was an empty soap wrapper left on the counter as well. The bed linens seemed clean and the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was definitely lacking in cleanliness

Had to switch rooms three times. Gave up on the last room and settled. Pubic hairs in sink of bathroom and on faucet. My wife got bleach wipes from the gym and wiped everything down. Definitely will not stay here again.

The check In was easy and we did have a service dog with us they placed on the 1st floor next to the main entrance zone so we heard everyone pull up until past midnight, next to the elevators and across from the back entrance where costumers were in at out all night long. We felt like we were discriminated against because we have a service dog and are dog had to endure all the same noises causing her to bark because no one was curious enough to think people could be sleeping at 11pm. .In addition the room was worn down and furniture was broken surprisingly they did have a nice selection of breakfast options
