We checked in very late so the 24 hr lobby service was great. The room was clean & inviting however the bathroom could use some updating. For the price, this is a great find. We only spent 1 night here so I can’t comment on much more.

I liked the location in Lexington - out of the way and up on the hill. I did not like the VERY musty smell of the room. It was really bad even after I got the air conditioner turned on and opened the door to the outside. I looked for any air freshener or lysol to spray...but I could not find any. Eventually I found a cleaning cart in the hallway and found something purple to spray and it really freshened the room...but I found it hard to sleep the first night because of the musty smell. That was my major concern.

Just a little dirty

Overall the stay was not bad. The bathroom was the worse , just dirty! Killed one spider so thats not bad. The staff was nice but alot of confusion at check out and my keys didnt work the next day. But the playground was a plus, the parking was reasonable and there is a decent pool! I say 3/5 but the man of the house said 4/5!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

The hotel was absolutely unacceptable! The toilet in our room was clogged, and when we called for assistance, we were instructed to come down and get a plunger ourselves. The manager had the audacity to say, “What do you expect at these prices?” This is completely ridiculous! There was a massive hole in the wall, and to top it off, I found a cigarette burn on my sheet. Typically, this hotel charges around $57 a night, but due to the local graduation, we were charged over $200. This is blatant price gouging. The health department should seriously consider condemning this establishment, and I cannot believe it is affiliated with a reputable company. My family and I deserve a refund for this horrendous experience!

Dirty bathroom, no help to clean it

I’m a seasoned traveler and this place evokes memories of staying in the far off hinterlands outside Calcutta. Bathroom was dirty and when I complained to the manager he shrugged and handed me a broom (no dustpan). If you want to experience third world conditions right here in the USA, this should do the trick.

This was a return trip for us. The 1st time we stayed on the 1st floor. Room was perfect. This time we were on the 3rd floor. The room smelled like wet puppies. We kept the balcony door open to help air the room out. Otherwise iur stay was good.
