The room, service and amenities met expectations for this price tier, no issues. The stand out was the great fitness center for hotel at this tier. Good sized room multiple aerobic machines and anaerobic equipment choices and all were in good shape and working.

The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay! Helpful suggestions: fitted sheets were not really wrapped under mattress corners and came off every night. Also, please check levels of the shower body wash container often. Ours was near empty upon arrival, and never was refilled while there. Breakfast was great! Thanks to welcoming front desk staff!

The staff was professional, helpful, and friendly throughout my stay. However, the condition of the room did not meet expectations. I observed several dead insects in the room and noted visible stains on the bed and mattress. I documented these issues with photographs.
