Kaunis Oceanview Beach House, lapsiystävällinen, 1/2 BLK rantaan pääsy, Suuri perhehuone yläkerrassa ja tv-huone alakerrassa. Biljardipöytä oleskelutilassa. Suuri makuuhuone parivuode, toinen makuuhuone queen bed, kolmas makuuhuone on kerrossänky pienemmillä kaksinkertainen ja lisäksi kaksi erillistä sänkyä.


Luonnonystävät: Ne, jotka rakastavat Ocean rakastavat tidepools lähellä. Sivuttain etenevät pois laiturilla Taft (6 mi), pieni puisto noin 2 korttelin päässä, suuri pelata rakenne klo puistossa Paholaisen järven (3 mailin). Devils Lake on kalastus, veneily, vesihiihtoa, ja vesiskootterit. Suuri polkuja patikointiin lähellä.

Paljon tekemistä: Lincoln City on Tanger Outlet Mall, Kasino 1/2 mailin, Recreation Center, Skate Park, vanhentamalla, golf, ostos. Jokaiselle jotakin!

Wonderful House!

We enjoyed our stay at this great house. The place was clean and comfortable, plenty of towels, dishes and pans to cook with, communication with host was excellent. Will look to stay here again on a future trip. Thank you!

This was a great choice for our family! The pool table was a hit. We all enjoyed at least one game of pool every day. The kitchen was nice. Plenty of cookware, oven, stove top, microwave. Plenty of cups and plates and everything we needed. I was sad the ice maker didn’t work but we just went to the store and bought ice and drank tap water. The benches at the table were wobbly and the door to one of the closets downstairs didn’t want to stay on track. It was very relaxing though. I enjoyed several evenings on the couch with the back door open listening to the waves. The view was pretty fantastic. We also saw some great sunsets. Overall, I would recommend this place. We would come here again. 😊

Wonderful beach house!

Clean and convenient house with a beautiful view and easy walk to the beach. My 83 year old mom was with us those two things were a must. Plenty of cook where so we can make a nice meal together. My teens were so excited to have such a nice pool table and we all played as a family. We made great memories here.

Overall, good place for our stay. Close to beach and casino. Disappointed there was no hot tub as listed on site. Also had difficulty getting lock box to close.

Great location so close to the beach!

We had a nice stay at this house. Lots of room for us to enjoy. House was comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was very pleasant to walk around in and the beach was super close just a quick walk one block over! One very unfortunate realization when we arrived was that the listing of a hot tub in the amenities was not accurate. This property does not have a hot tub. A couple pieces of feedback that were smaller details to improve on the guest experience, adding bath products such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They had hand soap in the bathtubs. Lastly, having new kitchen sponges for guests to use instead of kitchen wash clothes. The wash clothes were very stinky. Was a great stay and would be happy to stay there again.

Best rental yet!

I've stayed at my fair share of vacation rentals and this one is definitely favorite! It was a short walk to a beach access with stunning views of the ocean from the deck. My favorite part, having a curious 8 month old who crawls around putting things in her mouth, was how clean this house was! I'm not sure if the carpet was brand new yesterday or what, but I was able to breathe easy knowing that my daughter was safe while she explored the floor. There was a baby gate to block the stairs too. Everyone enjoyed their stay here and I would absolutely return!!!

Family vacation

The location of the house was great for beach access. Loved it. Only problem for us was a poor bed in the room with bunk beds. That wasn’t good for adults sleeping. Plenty of towels. Great washer and dryer. Would like more direction on recycle and cans. Lower level was cold but there were heaters. We plan to rent a house again but realize we need an additional bedroom and bathroom.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice location, easy beach access and clean. Loved that they had a well stocked kitchen complete with a turkey platter. Would definitely come back with our family. Lots of room and beds. Might provide a guard on the top bunk.

Cute and cozy

The home was clean, cute and cozy. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The main floor gets really cold as the temperature declines, so we were very grateful for the portable heaters. Biggest complaints would be the ongoing stream of ants at the kitchen sink, a couple random quarter-sized spiders making their appearance, and uncomfortable beds. Would have also felt safer if the front door had a deadbolt lock.

Very nice property and location

The house was great for our family (5 adults)! Neighborhood was quiet dead-end street (a bonus). Open kitchen/dining/living room area made for awesome board/card games (provided) and puzzles (we left ours for the next lucky guests). Very short walk to beach access. Could have stayed a month:) CrossFit gym in Newport so that was awesome!

Extended family beach stay

Over all decent place for a larger family. Close beach access and plenty of room. Having the pool table was great. Place could use some updates , especially in the furniture. The cleaning fee was very excessive for all the clean up that is required of the renters . Could use better parking accommodations as well.

Nice home. It would of been nice to have a TV guide for the channels A little maintenance is needed. The refrigerator froze food and the tumbler in the front door didn’t want to release the key We had a great time. Enjoyed the walk on the beach. It was spacious and nice ocean view.

Beach Access

Wonderful location and space for a family to spend time together at our favorite beach. Beach access is so easy and the accomodations were perfect. 5 adults and 3 children and we all loved it! Owners did everything they could to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Perfect for Families

We took our kids and my in-laws with us to the house. It was a great layout and was in a perfect location. The short walk down to the beach and the short drive to the playground made it ideal for us. Kitchen was stocked with nearly everything we needed. We did bring a large cooking pan with us because making breakfast burritos with everyone is difficult with a small frying pan. We also brought our own beach towels and a couple regular towels just in case we needed them. The house had 6 bathing towels that stay in the house (not ok for beach.) There were lots of extras that were great for people with kids (games, pool table, beach toys, baby gear.) We will definitely keep this place in mind when we plan future beach trips.
