The first day upon arrival our keys wouldn't work. Staff had to hit the door hard with her shoulder to get it to open. Several times we had to go get staff to come help us get in, we were told the maintenance would come fix it. He looked at it and said he would be back to fix it and never came back that day. The next day he said a lock smith was coming never happened. There was someone else's garbage on top the refrigerator, and last there was black mold in the window frame above the twin bed.

This place was okay because it had a nice view. The issue with the place was we stayed for 2 nights and there was only towels for one day. It was very dark at night becayse the lights didnt fully work. The front door was very difficult to close as it slammed. The place seems old and it took forever for the shower to get hot/warm water. I would probably not stay here again.

The view is amazing. Rooms are clean. It is a motel, our room had a tiny shower with a shower head the size of a quarter at 5 feet. The front desk closes at 8 and when our fire alarm started beeping the annoying out of battery alarm at 830, neither text nor emergency number were answered.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation at Ester Lee. The staff s all friendly and very helpful. We will definitely stay again. My only recommendation is to upgrade the beds to a more softer and comfortable mattress. Over all, a very pleasant stay!

Ester Lee has gone downhill since new ownership. Check in is at 4:00pm and our room wasn’t ready until 5:30pm. Then we got the wrong room that we reserved. The property was not well maintained like it used to be. Very understaffed! I gave a good rating because we have been going here for 25 years now and the view of the ocean is amazing!

Great view, but rooms are really outdated. No air conditioning, the box fan that was in the room was gross and dirty, the plug had exposed wires that could have started a fire. Floors looked un vacuumed and sheets were questionable. Won’t stay there again.
