The room could bave been a bit cleaner, but we went in with low expectations because of the mixed reviews, but overall it was fine. Mini fridge needed to be cleaned, but overall it was an amazing room. Hot tub looking out over the ocean in my room. Almost full kitchen. We loved it. And for the price it was excellent. Service was great. We will totally be back.

Hot tub was out of order, so glad I booked a room with a jacuzzi tub otherwise it would have really been a bummer. Also, I very much wish the bed had been softer. Overall, decent visit. Having beach access so close to the hotel was awesome, but just know, those stairs are a workout!

The knob on the sink came off as well as the wand on the curtain. Ran water for a long time in sink and never did get hot water. Happily I did get a hot shower. The balcony has a glass railing. Could not see over it or through it to look at the ocean if I was sitting. Disappointing.

The hot tub is no longer available as weather conditions took it out, wish I had know that ahead of time. The property is extremely run down a the parking situation is limited. The price was very affordable and you definitely get what you pay for. The staff were all very nice and we had an amazing view from the room and easy beach access. The bed was comfy but I am very glad I brought extra blankets from home on the trip as the room was very cold and you are only provided a small space heater to warm the room. The coffee maker in the room did not work but they also have free coffee available in the office.

This place makes me very upset. They have new owners and had black mold growing in the bathroom of there room. They claim there is no smoking but there were tears in the screens on the window with cigarette ash all over the windows. The sheets smelt of over bleaching as if they were covering up something. Every corner of the place was filthy.

I would have loved to give it 5 stars, but their hot tub was down and the pool was cold. I loved the theme, the feel of personal ownership and not the commercial feel of other places. Workers were great! Cute theme. Sucks that the outdoor hot tub was down, that’s one of the reasons we chose this place

Horrible mattress with no side support, poop all over the toilet and pubic hairs all over the tub, brown "marks" on the bedding. When I asked to have the room cleaned Steven sprayed cleaner in the toilet, flushed and left, did not clean anything they made the bed the first time I asked but did not change the bedding. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. The shower leaked more water out of the handles than what came out of the shower, little to no hot water, walls so thin you can hear your neighbor having a normal conversation and stomping around, Floors so dirty you had to wear shoes, not a broom in sight. Hot tub non functional and didn't tell us until we went out to get in it.
