Don't believe the photos, the hotel room had a tv leaning the wall. Had roaches in bathroom. Towels were dirty. When I got to the counter the guy says that we cannot have visitors and that we would have to come to lobby to see our guest. Never heard of that before He was rude and didn't speak English well so he was hard to understand.

I’m not one to complain and I don’t usually leave reviews. I Was fooled by the reviews on google. Stopped here to rest with my family before we continued our drive East. Hotel smelled bad, room smelled like cigarettes (thankfully you could open the window) room was dirty and beds were terrible. If it wasn’t already midnight we would have left to go elsewhere. We slept a few hours then left very early. Lady at the desk was nice but that was the only positive thing.

Room smelled musty, AC unit appeared to have black mold growing on it. Several pieces of furniture in the room had water damage, the bathroom door did not latch, the shower curtain rod wasn’t installed properly, the pull out sofa had fun mystery stains. Also wasn’t a fan of the swastika carved into the elevator door. Would not stay here again.

El lugar no es para nada lo que refleja las fotos, al llegar lo primero que noté fue una persona en el parking consumiendo droga y el olor era terrible. Las instalaciones están muy deterioradas, ni hablar de la habitación. El desayuno (si eso se le puede llamar). Jamás volvería a ese lugar, menos mal que fui yo solo y no con mi familia

Carpet was filthy, sink was dirty and smelled of sewer gas, attendant was surly and would not honor the pet fee terms described for the Victorian by Expedia. It is a great location, but we will never stay there again.

Pictures on the website must be stock photos bc our room was pretty disgusting. Clientele was not the best either from my view. Sort of looked like low-income people are living there. Def do not recommend for families.

No do not disturb sign available, but front desk said she could I do housekeeping. When I asked for a late check out the lady at the front desk noon would be fine as they were fully booked, but at 11:15 housekeeping said I need to leave. I told them what the front desk said, but they still wanted me to go
