Smelly. pool dirty. Handles falling off. carpet stained. trim falling off. Baby cockroach in the tub Breakfast had no fruit or sweet rolls that it showed in the pictures.. Told the guy at the desk. Said he couldn't do anything for us.

This is an older property that has been newly painted. Our room was very comfortable and the HVAC worked well. Great location and easy to get anywhere in Lincoln. Staff friendly and attentive and we would stay again. Towels are a little thin and could use replacing. Everything else was fine!

The hotel did not anticipate our needs. We had to ask for the Wi-Fi password. We had to ask for extra blankets and pillows for the pullout couch at breakfast. There were no napkins so we were given Kleenex after we asked for some. the tub did not drain. Temperature control seem to be an issue. The room was either too hot or too cold, the pool area was very hot, as was the breakfast room.Otherwise, the hotel was clean enough and looks like they are trying to improve it, but slowly.
