Carpet is dirty floors are dirty, the sink is clogged, there’s holes in the door to the bathroom, there was hair on my comforter. I was so tired I couldn’t even complain. I wrapped myself in my Antonia kit and come up and went to sleep like I was camping.

Not a bad location to stay at.

Located just off of "O St" its not a bad location close to various things. The place is being remodeled. Rooms repainted, pool area redone. Yet the pool is in need if a good scrubbing. It literally has a dirty ring around the top of the pool. There is no front staff except at check in so if you need anything you have to keep dialing "O". Breakfast was fair. Ice Machine on second floor didnt work. The room though was in pretty good shape and clean. Bed was comfy and ac worked great. Shower was nice and hot. Overall a quite location and easy to get around ftom.

There was nothing that I liked the service from the property. Staff was rude. The breakfast was horrible. There was drug paraphernalia around the outside of the hotel, and there was a lot of very clear drug users around and in the hotel, the cleanliness was next to horrible.

Frankly, Victorian Inn as a rule isn't the best place to stay. But, this one is good. From what I observed they are actively up grading maintenance and taking care of issues that need attention. The room was clean and most important to me, the mattress was comfortable. After all how you sleep is the number one issue staying at hotels, especially when shopping for an economy rate. Yes I would stay there again.

Reading the reviews made us reconsider but very glad we kept our reservation. Very nice hotel/motel. Manager Mike was very friendly and accommodating. We tried to give Mike a tip but he asked that we tip the staff rather than him. What a generous person.

I wanted to extend my stay but the lady at the desk told me that I had to make another reservation through Expedia, so I did. Thinking that I'd have a better room to stay in than the first, the second room was worse. Really bad smell, it was unclean. Why was I given this room? I don't know. One thing I know is that I'll never come back to this place again.

They didn't have poop bags for my dog, my dog didn't like the water from the faucet and my room smelled musty and unclean. It needed a air freshener badly! It was a terrible stay so I won't be coming back. I'll be making a note to myself to not ever stay here again and I'm going to post my experience on Facebook.

Not clean. Run down. 3rd floor smelled. Attendant was incredibly rude - on a personal call on his phone during the entire time he was checking me in. Website says 3 star, but I’ve stayed in better 2 star hotels. Won’t be back there or any New Victorian.

Will definitely stay here again.

So my stay here was very pleasant.The Check-in was pretty seamless.The front counter staff were very, very nice respectful.Hey, ask me if there was anything else they could do for me.Anything else to get for me?They wanna buy them beyond my expectations.I recommend this hotel to any.One reasonable rates wonderful pool nice people.

Horrible housekeeping and maintenance

Had my married 23 year old 7 month pregnant daughter and her husband check in. Was marked pay at hotel. The guy checking us in was rude and didn't ask if they wanted to charge card on file or other. Theirroom had a broken fridge with black mold and a slimy substance in it. Ours had left over used soap in the shower and water puddle on the floor. Ive stayed her numerous times in the pst and never had so many issues.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and will keep coming back. It is a very nice hotel which is quiet even though it is near 48th & "O" Street in Lincoln. It is central to shopping and all things we like.

The room smelt musky, when you turned the water off, you could smell sewer gas coming up from the sink. In the shower on the ledge between the wall and the shower top you can see black mold. The entire hotel needs to be deep cleaned and care for better. This hotel deserves no stars on how poor the room was!

We had mold all over shower curtain woke to a coroach crawling on me then i found a nother one crawling in the bed. I fid take it to office and tell them i would appreciate if i got some of my room refunded back to me

Room we were given at first had mold in the shower and a long the floor boards. Asked for a different room and it was much better. Was asked if we used something in the moldy room when we asked for a switch which made me question if they are going to address the issue.
