Giving this 3-star hotel 5 stars because it is just right for a resting stop on a quick overnight trip. Very clean, great staff..the sauna in the shower was super relaxing. Great budget friendly choice. It’s not first class but if a simple place is what you’re looking for, this is it.

We loved staying here! The room was clean and had all that we needed. We enjoyed the indoor pool and game room. Incredible water pressure. The steam bath was intense in the best way! Plus it was in walking distance of several excellent restaurants. And of course it was super convenient to jump on the Kanc. Highly recommend!!

Rooms are clean, like others say maybe a little dated, that being said the beds were very comfortable. Good water pressure is always a bonus. The only reason i didnt give this place 5 stars is the lack of a microwave in the room....there is one in the office but it opens at 8am which is too late for us going hiking and closes at 9pm so again if we wanted to reheat food or anything later that is not an option. The pool area is nice water is a little cold but we definitely used it after long days of hiking helping our muscle soreness.

Not a fancy hotel, but it was fine for us. It had a private balcony and was quiet. Close to several good restaurants, and 3 minutes from Loon Mountain.

This property offers great value for the price. While it is a bit dated, we found it to be a good overall experience. The beds in our room were doubles, not queens — fine for us, but possibly too small for some couples. Located right on the Kancamagus Highway, the traffic noise was noticeable when the window was open, so we chose to keep it closed. One big plus: there’s a great restaurant on site, with several others within walking distance. Overall, the accommodation was good, and we’d definitely stay there again.

I would like to see two chairs in the room and also an area where you can put your tooth brush and toothpaste, hairbrush etc etc. We were there for 4 nights and it is easier to leave our “stuff”out. The staff is wonderful. The area is great and lots of restaurant nearby. Need instruction in the room on how to use the TV clicker.

Disappointing

The description of the property was misleading. No microwave in the room, it’s in the office. The room was not the cleanest and in need of a renovation. No fault of the hotel but the road noise was pretty bad. On a positive note, the bed was super comfortable.

Sorry just being honest!

Both the people I met at the front desk were incredibly nice! But the room…. There was hair on the wall of the shower from whoever was there before us, the spare pillow had a booger on it, there was build up of grime in the bathroom and the phone. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in- even my 18month old couldn’t get comfortable. The pool area was really nice and clean. Having an attached restaurant was incredibly convenient. But yeah definitely need a better cleaning crew and updated mattresses! The location was very convenient but you get what you pay for and I will not be returning.
