The location of this hotel is incredible. Literally a short walk from the airport makes this ideal as a stop after a long flight or before an early departure. They start services at 4am, recognizing the needs of the clientele. Clean rooms, great property. Location by the airport means there is not much around it (just the airport) but it is an easy cab ride to the rest of Lisbon. Definitely recommend.

The property is clean and easy access to the airport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is very nice. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because we had an early flight. I would recommend it.

Shuttle service is a joke

A hotel that operates at an airport and claims to have a shuttle service should have one that can meet the demand. These clowns have a single van that only seats a maximum of 6 or 7 people! We ended up having to walk to the terminal. A great experience for 300 euros!

Amazing hotel

My family and I came here for a family vacation and it was amazing! The rooms where amazing and the food at breakfast was delicious. The heated pool was great and family friendly. Overall this hotel is a wonderful pick if your looking for a family friendly place or a solo.

The condition of this hotel is deplorable. I honestly believe the positive reviews have to be fake. Our room had visible black mold, and a leaking shower door. The room itself was generally run down, and I saw debris under the bed. The hallway outside our room was in very poor repair. If it wasn’t for the fact that we arrived at 1am, I would have insisted on a different room, or left altogether. The only two positives were courteous staff and proximity to the airport, but this didn’t come close to compensating for the condition of this hotel.

Overall, a great option if you're looking for a place to stay right by the airport. Appreciated the shuttle that runs every 15 min to the terminal. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive and good. Hotel room was spacious -- the shower could have been a little cleaner (mold) but otherwise everything was comfortable. I didn't love that we were placed on a floor where they were doing repairs across the full floor to the walls (the smell of materials was strong in the hallway but thankfully it didn't extend to the room). We also appreciated the two pools (one indoor and heated, one outdoors and not heated) - our 4 year old had a great time in both. Service was excellent and they dropped off some snacks and some port - also appreciated!
