Nice place but really unhappy with the lady upfront Asked if I could grab a coffee and in the end we had to pay $20 each for a cup of coffee because our room did not include breakfast 😩 I totally got made and paid but never returning Gave the guy at the breakfast place 5 euros for the coffee (tip)

This was a nice hotel to stay at and perfectly adequate for evening before early morning flight times. The only thing we didn't like was location as the area was very run down and not a lot of shopping or restaurants within walking distance.

Last night stay

We stayed for one night to be super close to the airport. Friendly staff, comfortable, quiet and close. It was perfect for what we needed. 8 euros for an uber at 5am. Not bad. A grocery store right out the front door to buy snacks for the flight and a few restaurants within walking distance. Mostly fast food but nicer ones only a short drive away.

Find somewhere else to stay

Based off of previous reviews we were hopeful this would be a good option for over night needed before our international flight. Location was close to the airport but right off of the highway and surrounded by abandoned industrial buildings. Upon arrival the staff was friendly and prompt to get us checked in to our two rooms. We travelled with two adults and two children. Our rooms were small but all that was needed however in one room there was no shower door and when we showered it flooded into the rest of the bathroom. Paint was peeling from the walls, windows were not properly sealed so the highway noise was very loud. We tried to get an alternate room but the only other room available smelled of stale cigarettes. The beds were comfortable but it was hard to sleep with the highway noise. The rooms were not well soundproofed and you could hear banging of other room doors as other guests left. I would highly recommend looking at a different hotel option.

Room had insufficient lighting. Sewer smell was present at times and other times, a musty smell was present. No safe in room. Even with instructions, the thermostat could not be adjusted leaving the room very warm and stuffy. There was a very small bar at the reception, but no ice cubes were available for drinks or for guests to use in their rooms. There a snack bar across the street with a very nice man who gave us ice cubes for our room. We had booked this hotel again for our return trip through lisbon but cancelled.

I really enjoyed my stay there. I dont speak Portuguese but the staff also knew english and there was many night's they took care of me and were happy to help me with my questions and giving assistance.
