I only stayed for 9 hours while on a layover, but the bathroom sink wasn't draining properly and the shower was leaking onto the floor. The place is good for a one night stay, while on a layover, but not sure about long term.

The hotel looks to be in below average condition. The staff at checkin was not very helpful and did not know the real at all. She recommended a restaurant that is a ten minute walk and is permanently closed. The biggest problem is that there are no dining establishments within walking distance.

Great location

Good location for the airport. Facilities in the room were limited. They provide a kettle but only 2 tea bags. One black and one Camomile! No coffee and no milk. However they did provide one bottle of water. Breakfast was well organised although the hot food could have been hotter.

Minimalist convenient hotel near airport

Great option if you plan to fly the next day. Very close to airport, parking is easy and check in was quick. Front staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. However there was no fridge and that surprised me. Its a minimalist hotel so don’t expect a lot

Very helpful staff at check in. I have never hax to use acard key to operate room lights before. Also need to provide electrical adapters for 7.S. guests. Very clean. Very, very small room but bed was comfortable and probably a U.S. queen size

We will stay here again. We were surprised at all the abandoned buildings covered in graffiti. It made us feel unsafe. Although we will stay here again if it is a quick trip to Lisbon. We stayed in Madeira Island for 10 days but came over to Lisbon for the Portugal vs Denmark game so only needed a quick stay near the airport for 2 nights. It was perfect for that. Hotel itself is very clean, nice complimentary breakfast, staff were very very helpful and accommodating. We were safe, we didn't leave the hotel and walk in the area.
