The room was way smaller than shown in the pictures. It was dificult to find the hotel entrance as the entrance is between a shoe store. When walking into the room, the smell of clorox was heavy. The worst part was finding bugs in the room. Definetly not a great experience.

Great location. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Room was comfortable. The main entrance is located between 2 shoe stores. Upon entering you will take the elevator to the 3rd floor where reception is located (As well as the breakfast buffet). Highly recommended

It was close to the metro and was in the centre of Lisbon. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The hotel was ideal for us and had a real feel good vibe about it and I loved the shoe shop, bought a new pair during my stay.

The property was comfortable enough with spacious bathroom and room. The only thing is don’t expect your typical hotel lobby when you arrive it was confusing because you have to go through the shoe stores into the elevator to get to the third floor and then you realise it’s actually a hotel.

My husband & I stayed for a week at Tesouro de Baixa, we loved it!!! LOCATION LOCATION, walking to all main plazas & attractions in Baixa & Chiado; and very close to public transportation stops to go to Alfama & Barrio Alto. Also close to train station to take you to Sintra & Cascais. The breakfast offered was excellent, variety. The staff was super nice, they were always courteous, willing to help us, and provided us with lots of great information. We would go back to Tesouro.

Don’t let the entrance dissuade you. You have to access the hotel through the middle of a shoe store, and the 3rd floor lobby is decorated in a boho/shabby chic manner that at first glance looked like a hostel. But the service is incredible, and the room was gorgeous. We stayed more than 2 weeks and were very happy here. They gave us a corner room that had small balconies along two sides, with three large door/windows. The room was spacious and had many amenities: a refrigerator (stocked), a safe, plenty of outlets and lamps, excellent A/C, and a large bathroom with a heated towel rack. And the location was perfect - easy walking distance to many sights and restaurants as well as to public transportation. The breakfast was amazing – all kinds of homemade pastries, croissants and quiches as well as eggs, beans, bacon, assorted cheeses and cured meats, fruits and vegetables, and their own homemade jams. They also made eggs to order and had great coffee machines plus an assortment of loose and bagged teas. We never had any trouble finding a table and they were very efficient with clearing away dishes and keeping the tables clean. The staff were all so incredibly nice and helpful, with great recommendations for restaurants and tours, they made this feel like home away from home!

Great location in the heart of Lisbon, but wasn't expecting our room to be stairs access only from the 5th to the 6th floor, making it difficult to get luggage upstairs through a narrow staircae. I understand the building is old, but that should be explicitly mentioned somewhere if your room happens to be assigned to the sixth floor.

Perfect, flawless stay

Fantastic location a few steps from subway and all the other transport you need. Intimate hotel with HUGE rooms and a delicious breakfast. Linens were great, black out shutters worked perfectly and our hosts were helpful w everything needed. Bathroom tiny but had everything and was clean. So quiet - can’t believe we were in middle of city! Amazing stay. Thank you!
