The hotel staff went above and beyond here! We mentioned that we were expecting the airline to deliver our lost baggage and we were on a bit of a timeline to receive it. The front desk staff member took the initiative and called the delivery company and arranged it to be dropped off significantly earlier than usual which saved the day for us!! Beautiful hotel, loved the pool, and VERY eco friendly! Excellent experience and would stay there again. Very close to the airport, but we didn't hear any planes landing or have any disruption to our sleep.

Terrific value. Upscale vibe, nicely maintained rooms, friendly and efficient service. Hotel provides complimentary coffee juice and pastries in the lobby starting at 4 am! Totally exceeded my expectations based on the affordable price paid. Right across from Oriente train station and less than 10€ taxi to airport.

Mixed experience this time.

I have stayed at the Tivoli several times over the years. I noticed several minor signs of poor maintenance in the building -- a stain here, a broken switch there -- relative to past visits. And there was no hot water that morning. Ugh! But the amenities and service were as expected and remained good.

Convenient... directly across from Oriente main train station! Staff was great, hotel VERY clean and nice. Rooms a bit small but nice and comfy. SKY Bar and staff were AMAZING... service and views beyond great... we spent a lot of time at SKY Bar! We walked everywhere... the aquarium was awesome and a must see!!!

It was nice, but not great. There are no USB ports in the room and, at the end of our trip, was the first time we had no ability to charge our devices and had to purchase a converter. At check-in they recommended that we use the jacuzzi and steam room - neither of which were operational (the pool and sauna were working). It was a nice place to stay for 1 night.

I booked two rooms for the five of us (five friends). The rooms were clean and nice, and the location is great! 15 mins Uber ride to the airport. The front desk staff were extremely nice. Since our flight was late, they allowed us to stay past checkout and use one of the rooms, which was very convenient. The sky bar was really nice but a bit expensive! Overall, it was a great hotel, and I would highly recommend!

Great hotel in a fantastic location

Fantastic hotel in a great location with views of the river. Room was comfortable and clean. We used the pool facilities which were very nice. Only thing missing from the room was a robe and slippers as we had to walk from the pool back to the room in swimwear and towels. We also used the sky bar, unfortunately the outdoor area was closed however the cocktails were very nice albeit a little on the expensive side
