Staff was very accommodatin and friendly. Room was clean and very nice at check-in. On Sat. we went out for lunch. Got back to the room about 1:45. Room had not been cleaned yet. Lady at desk said it would be a little while befor cleaned. We went to lobby to wait. Cheked room after 45 miutes. Finally went to room at 4:20. Still not clean. We canged and left room about 5:30. Told lady our room was still a mess. Thankfully room was clean when returned. Seems to me rooms that

Nice place. Stayed here twice 2 weeks apart. First stay great with comfortable clean room. Second stay found a hair ball on floor by the shower. Bed was uncomfortable on one side but ok on the other. Mattress needs replacing. Breakfast pretty standard.

My first room had a roach infestation… I always disinfect before I bring my family inside. I walked in the bathroom and saw 3 dead roaches on the floor! I told the front desk she asked did I want to move and I said they were dead so no… thinking maybe they had the building treated… that night I woke up to give my son cough meds and went to adjust the the a.c and 2 baby roaches were crawling and I screamed turned on the lights and another one was on the wall!! The pool does not have any chlorine and our swimwear had a funny smell to them from the water.. The sweet night clerk got us into another room and apologized!

Very good experience on all ways. The accessible unit 311 was perfect for me. A 75 year old but not handicapped person. Most comfy bed I’ve slept on in years! Very happy to have stayed here and will again in the future.

Disappointed

The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, there was dried blood on the floor in the bathroom and the only towels stocked were hand towels. When I talked to the front desk, they weren’t apologetic or concerned. Disappointed since this hotel got high reviews.
