STAYING AT THE LA QUINTA INN & SUITES BY WYNDHAM ON MCCAIN BLVD IN NORTH LITTLE ROCK HAS LEFT ME EXHAUSTED 😭, I CHECKED IN AT 2:00 , AFTER A LONG DRIVE, WHILE EXPECTING A GREAT NIGHT SLEEP AND A SANITIZED ROOM ALL OF WHICH DIDN'T HAPPEN!! THE HALLWAY TO MY ROOM SMELLED OF ANIMAL URINE, WHICH EXTENDED TO MY ROOM TO THE POINT THAT I ONLY STAYED 12 HOURS AND 30 MINUTES, I COULDN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE AND CHECKED OUT!!!! I COMPLAINED TO MANAGEMENT, BUT STILL THERE WAS CHARGED A FULL FEE AND 100 DEPOSIT!!! I TRAVEL A GREAT DEAL AND DON'T MIND PAYING FOR HOTEL SERVICES , THIS IS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE OF THIS KIND,. THE HOTEL NEEDS TO BE CLEANED AND SANITIZED , ESPECIALLY THE ROOMS, HALLWAYS AND CARPETS , BECAUSE OF PETS THAT ARE ALLOWED THERE! SORRY I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!! SIGN T.B. THANK YOU!

This is probably an older building of the La Quinta franchise. The rooms smelled old and with urine. I was really too exhausted from my trip to change rooms. Staff was friendly. But, the hotel smelled like wet dog. I don’t know why. This place was next to a big mall and a few restaurants to walk to so that was nice. I overall felt okay to stay there but I can tell it’s a risky area next to a freeway, I brought in all my stuff and parked next to my window. Great for one night stay, not a week.

It was a great option for us during the weekend when there was no power. The room was plenty big for me, the family, and the dogs. The staff was very helpful when we needed some additional supplies, and the breakfast options were filling.
