Had a really good central location. Good breakfast, nice range of foods. Staff were helpful. Hotel reception is on the 7th floor, as was our room and it had a view of the castle. Bed was comfy and room was a good temperature. Downside? The lack of an explicit bathroom, instead two cubicles for a shower and a toilet... it felt off.

If you are arriving from the train station, the location is fabulous - less than ten. And five minutes to old town. We were given an upgrade to a larger room which was good - not sure how small the other was. Be aware that the shower and toilet are separate but face the bed separated by a frosted glass door. We did not find this an issue but others might. No fridge and no jug. You can make coffee in the common area. Did not try breakfast there, so no comment. Rooftop bar was satisfactory, nothing special but allowed you to get out of your room.

Great location and friendly staff

Perfectly situated hotel for activities in Ljubljana. Close to old town, castle and great restaurants. Also close to where airport bus stop. Hotel staff were very friendly too. A great hotel option if you want to spend a bit less and visit Ljubljana.

I would highly recommend Ibis Styles for a Ljubljana stay. The lounge area is very welcoming and comfortable and they have someone at the check in desk at all times. The bed was super comfy as well and it’s within walking distance to the canal areas

Location is perfect

The location is perfect! Very nice to be able to use the roof terass for food and drinks. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. The only thing we did nor like at all was the almost see throw doors to toilet and shower.

Nice vibe and good value

Good value for money. Location is great - between the bus/train station and the old town - rooms clean, modern and comfortable, with a great shower. The hotel and hostel share the communal space, which gives it a really nice vibe, and the views from the roof terrace are a nice bonus.
