I was in the State to attend a funeral service. The hotel was conveniently located. Everything suit my needs. The bed was very comfortable.

Checkin was quick and easy. Location was right next to the main road so it's easy to get around but you do hear some vehicle sounds. Overall not too disruptive. It was clean and neat. Beds were comfortable and the heater was toasty. The tv struggled a little but, once we were able to find a channel we liked it was fine. We sold stay there again.

More worn than welcoming

The hotel is in need of some updating and TLC. While our room was clean, there were many things in need of repair (i.e., light switches that didn't appear to work for turning on or off lights, the shower rod was loose & coming out of the wall so the curtain wouldn't hang right, walls in needs of painting). This place could benefit from a remodel, fresh paint, updating electrical, carpet & furnishings.

Run down, worn out and not the cleanest. Dirty carpet. Hair in shower, surfaces not wiped down. Front desk was slow, unfriendly and lazy. Breakfast area was very clean and breakfast staff was nice. Wouldn’t stay for longer than one night.

Should have gone to the Hampton

Most of the room seemed clean, but urine on the toilet seat gives you doubts about everything for the rest of your stay. The amenities included free WiFi, but it didn't reach my room, so to use it I had to go outside in the snow. Motels are fine if that's what you're looking for, but nothing in the promotional material made that clear. Even the pictures of the exterior hid the outside room doors. Also, the picture of the computer/printer in the lobby is missing the "Out of order" sign that now hangs on it. My daughters liked the pool.

Water problems! We couldn’t shower or drink any water in the room because all of the cold water was coming out brown. Luckily we had water bottles in the car. We tried to address the issue with the staff. Office staff directed us to the manager who wouldn’t respond to calls, emails, or messages. Will never stay at this location again.

Logan Trip

Average Motel with two stories. Bedding was clean, comfortable and pillows were very good. TV, no USB chargers..needs updated, light fixtures and switches need to be updated. Hot tub and pull was nice except foaming hot tub had something black on top. Needs cleaned.. Breakfast was amazing! Had billing problems has I was charged from Hotels.com and the Days Inn.
